This purpose-built, cozy studio apartment has been newly renovated inside and out and benefits from its own private entrance, outdoor, private patio and free off-street parking. Fantastic location on the edge of Croydon's centre just a few minutes walk from Croydon's south end bars, restaurants and shopping including Vue cinema, Fairfield Halls theatre and Boxpark Croydon. Both East Croydon and West Croydon train stations are under 15 minutes walk away with direct trains to Central London. Gatwick and Luton Airports are just a 15 minute train journey.
