It is located in a period building from the 18th century family property renovated in January 2019, a fantastic elegant and refined location furnished with period furniture, its exceptional position in front of the ancient municipal theater of great historical value, a few meters from Piazza Duomo and the splendid Piazza Minerva. It is located in Via del Teatro a few steps from Via Roma where there are renowned restaurants and shops of all kinds, ideal for shopping. The structure can accommodate up to 3 people, offers you free espresso coffee, American coffee and various choices of herbal teas and teas, is equipped with all pots, towels, sheets, toiletries and shower caps. Its flagship is the location and the parking space upon reservation. The apartment is sanitized with great care. Possibility of parking by reservation in front of the apartment in the garage, subject to availability and release of the ZTL pass "IMPORTANT it is recommended not to enter the ZTL area if you have not reserved parking, possibly you have to park outside the island of Ortigia and use the shuttle, the structure is not responsible for any reports"We also inform you that for long-term stays of more than 7 days there is an extra cleaning charge that will take place during the stay to be paid directly to the facility.

The strategic position makes it unique, it is located in front of the recently renovated municipal theater, a quiet and at the same time central area, many renowned shops and restaurants, in the same building there is a b & b and a renowned vegan / vegetarian bar / restaurant, we have a private parking in front of the house so it makes everything easier and more comfortable, so if you arrive by car and if you have booked the parking space there will be the owner of the garage who will take your data and the number plate so yoU, after having parked we will welcome you for a fabulous stay in a fantastic island surrounded by the sea, sure and honored by your choice we are waiting for you warmly. In the months of April until the middle of May facade renovation works, so due to some inconvenience we are carrying out very competitive prices.
