Villa dei Fiori is a cozy semi-detached villa surrounded by a beautiful garden from which it takes its name. The villa is located in Costa Rei, a seaside fraction of Muravera. Just 500 meters from the beach, it is ideal for families who want to enjoy the summer and have every comfort. The villa can accommodate up to five guests. Villa dei Fiori is a charming villa just a few steps from the sea. You enter the villa through a flowered pergola where you can park your car. At the entrance of the villa there is a veranda overlooking the large garden, equipped with a table, bench and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. You enter the living area with a kitchenette, a table with chairs, a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and WiFi connection. The windowed bathroom is equipped with all the sanitary facilities and a shower box. The first bedroom has a large wardrobe and a comfortable double bed. In the second bedroom, there are two single beds and a wardrobe. The villa is equipped with mosquito nets, a washing machine, air conditioning in the living area and high-speed WiFi.

Costa Rei, more rarely known as Costa Rey, is a seaside hamlet of Muravera. Located on the southeastern coast of Sardinia, it is renowned for its clear beaches and fine sand. It is also famous for the Peppino rock in the Santa Giusta area, a low and wide rock visited year-round by tourists. On the horizon, one can catch a glimpse of the Serpentara island. In addition to the authenticity of the mostly free beaches, picturesque coves and, above all, a crystal-clear and uncontaminated sea can be found here. In 2009, the location was awarded the "Travel blogger award" by the prestigious travel guide publisher "Lonely Planet," which included Costa Rei among the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world. The birth of Costa Rei dates back to the mid-1960s and was created immediately after the Costa Smeralda. The idea came from Belgian Guido Van Alphen, son of the owner of a real estate agency, determined to replicate the project carried out by the Ismaili prince Karim Aga Khan in the Arzachena area. The Belgian entrepreneur, along with some partners, raised the necessary capital and purchased the land from some shepherds, starting the first subdivisions between Capo Ferrato and Cala Sinzias. Splendid villas sprung up out of nowhere, many of which were designed by Eric Balliu, winner of the Rome Architecture Prize. The name was inspired by military maps that marked the pond called Piscina Rei and the hill Sa Punta Rei. Just a few minutes from the villa towards the sea, you can find all the essential services such as a mini-market, ATM, pharmacy, and more. There are three main squares: Piazza Colombo where a market takes place every evening from June to September; Piazza Italia where there is family entertainment and concerts every summer evening, and Piazza Sardegna where you can find bars, pizzerias, and restaurants. The nearest sea is just a 5-minute walk from the villa.
