It was probably the best place we ever stayed in Italy! ❤️ The road to the hotel is winding and sometimes narrow for 2 cars, but these difficulties do not mean anything. Because at the top you will find the most comfortable atmosphere with the most amazing breakfasts, lovingly furnished rooms, thoughtful details, and the best hosts in the world! people are the main value of this place. Many thanks to Christina and her husband for creating this place, Olga for the delicious pies, cupcakes and taking care of us, Massimo for his help in any questions we may have! Now this is our favorite place!

The villa was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean, with lots of carefully selected decor. It was also spotless. Beds were comfy, the mattress is a bit on the hard side, so great for the back and I am pretty sure at least one of the pillows was memory foam. Each breakfast we got a speciality meal (we were there over the Easter), straight from the oven. The breakfast selection was pretty big for a hotel this size, including fresh fruit and berries and good quality yoghurt. The breakfast room was also beautiful, loved the plates and embroidered napkins. The hosts were amazing, very caring, and gave us tips on what to see and what is happening in nearby towns. We felt very welcome and had a great time. The best place to stay in Brunate, hands down, you wont find such a great price:quality ratio elsewhere.

This place is magical. The main living space is a beautiful light filled room with tasteful and unique objects. It invites reverie. The kitchen is gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Each room is a little different and all is well considered. I even asked for a recipe and was given two :) A very special place. Highly recommended.

The property is amazing. From the moment you enter the property you feel at home. Everything is centralized around the small castle which makes you feel like you travel back in time. Together with the excellent rooms, the very nice pool and the view; it makes this place perfect to stay. The place is just magic! A gem amongst the hills of lake como! Far enough from the heat of the city yet close enough to not waste time going there. The staff is super sweet and always ultra caring. The rooms, the house and the garden (a true wonder) as well as the pool (quiet spot) everything was perfect. Also the breakfast is great!
