A wonderful cozy apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains. Owner very helpful. We were welcomed very warmly. We spent wonderful days at Lake Como. We recommend staying in this apartment to everyone. Really worth. Cleanliness and perfect equipment. Nothing was missing.

It's a small "old fashion" style apartment of around 50 square meters, with all the comforts. Ideal for a couple or for a small family with 1 child. Bed dimensions are 5'7 x 6'7 feet. There's the the chance to have an extra single bed in the living room or in the bedroom and for a baby high chair (on request). The apartment have it's own private parking place, and there's free WIFI available, Little contry house is an Ideal location for people in search of relax and tranquillity. It's a strategic point for hiking (it's 200m far from "Sentiero del Viandante" pathway) and is 15 minutes walkwayt from Bellano's town center. A Bus stop with few daily rides is 20mt far from house main entrance. Reaching by car the main local attractions, like the Orrido of Bellano Gorge and Varenna will take 10 minutes, while Como and Milan are 1h far using car, train or ferry The apartment is at 1:30h drive from all Milan Airports (70km from Milan Orio al serio and Linate, 110km from Malpensa) and it's a 20 minutes walk (or 10 minutes by bus) from Bellano's train station, 1h of train trip from Milano Centrale station. On request we can drive our guests from train station to the apartment. Apart Italian we can communicate in : English French Spanish Czech Slovak . Nearby the apartment there's a small garden, with basic furniture like a table, chairs and deck chairs that can be used for eating or taking a sunbath. Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment, but is possible in outside locations like garden and on the lake-view terrace.

The aparment is located into a small houses complex at around 5 minutes by car from the center of the visit. Close to "sentiero del viandante" one of the main walkways of the eastern side of Como Lake,
