The apartment, a large apartment is located at 300m. from a Metro stop Turro (MM1 red line) located in the new district of Milan NoLo (North of Loreto), with a unique atmosphere, full of innovations, charm and creativity. 10min from Piazza Duomo, 25 min. by Milano MM1 Rho Fiera stop and just three stops from Corso Buenos Aires shopping view of Milan, one of the most important commercial walks d 'Europe with its 2 km. in length and more than 380 stores. The apartment is facing internally on the 1st floor in a very reserved only 6 apartments. The apartment features 2 rooms with kitchen on large living room (with futon sofa bed for 2 extra guests) 1 double bedroom complete with every comfort, hall and bathroom with tub / shower. The living room and the master bedroom are completely paved floors, giving the warmth, unique. Both loacali allow the exit to the terrace, furnished in a particularly exotic, perfect for your breakfast, lunch or a romantic dinner by candlelight. The apartment is quaint, comfortable and fully equipped, including a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, TV and WiFi.
The apartment is located next to the square of the Provisional Government , the historic Piazza del Risorgimento Milan , NoLo distric and a few steps from Martesana and its beautiful park , one of Milan's canals linking Milan with the river Adda . The Martesana canal stretches 39 km . of which 37 fully cycling . The neighborhood is full of shops and stores for any eventuality and need , (from small retailers , bakeries , fruit shops , ice cream parlors , laundries , beauty salon, hairdressers etc. ) to large supermarkets of which , some are open 24 hours a day . The strategic position allows you to reach in comfort and walk all the commercial activities described . The area is full of pizzerias and restaurants for all tastes , both Italian and foreign . MM 1 Turro red line subway in a few minutes can easily be reached Corso Buenos Aires , Piazza San Babila , Piazza Duomo , Castello Sforzesco Pzza , Rho Fiera Milano, Cadorna Station FN , FS Central Station , Hospital San Raffaele Hospital Fatebenefratelli .
