Make sure that the number indicated in your booking is the one where you want to be contacted by us. 2- Send ALL guest IDs to the number where you will be contacted or to the Booking chat. 3- Wait for the information to be sent for key collection and facility information. 4- When you check-out, leave the Accommodation Tax (euros/cash) as indicated on your booking. The guest is responsible for sending the property manager a photo of ALL identity documents: these documents must correspond to the persons who will actually be staying in the facility. The key collection information will be sent on WhatsApp (or in the Booking chat) AFTER the identity documents have been sent. If you do not send the guest documents within the established timeframe, you will not be able to stay because Italian law prohibits this: -Ministry of the Interior Ministerial Decree 2013 - "Provisions concerning the communication to the public security authorities of the arrival of persons accommodated in facilities". Therefore: NO documents = NO stay. -- Use of the sofa bed: when booking for 2 guests the double bed in the bedroom will be automatically assigned.
