Enjoying an elevated position on the Menaggio hillside close to the world famous Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club and the breathtaking Lake of Como and Lugano, guests are sure to enjoy their family holiday and corporate event in style!The detached villa dates back to 1800 and is a picturesque sight to behold, providing perfect symmetry and elegance with a pale pink facade framed with cream pilasters, a romantic central Juliette balcony and evergreen colour shutter-framed windows to all sides.The beautiful villa has undergone the highest standard of refurbishment with the use of local craftsmen and modern luxury touches throughout. The 3 storey villa is perfect for family stays and for corporate hospitality with 4 double beds, 4 single beds, 4 bathrooms, Wi-Fi access, a private bar and garden with outdoor swimming pool. The nearby world famous Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf club provides the ideal activity for golf fans and a tennis club and nature can be found in nearby Loveno. Several horse riding centres also operate in Porlezza. Menaggio is one of the famous picturesque ‘golden triangle’ towns of Lake Como and is easily accessible from Croce, being just a 5 minute’s drive away. Pretty cafe-lined piazzas, a wide variety of shops and restaurants and a family-friendly Lido with cocktail lounge provides all you need on a daily basis and a car and passenger ferry service operates from the town between Bellagio, Varenna and Cadenabbia. Nearby attractions include Villa Carlotta, Villa Melzi and Villa Balbianello. Fine dining can be found easily along the western shore, from the central lake to the south part of Lake Como. The villa is ideally situated for those travelling by car with plenty of off-street parking behind its gated entrance. A local convenience store and bus service is situated in Croce and the highly recommended ‘Agriturismo’ places popular with families and known as ‘Ristorante Agriturismo La Barcola’ is less than a 5 minutes drive away from the villa.
