The room is infested with Mosquitoes. The lighting in the room is dim. The toilets are not thoroughly clean. They provide a key card for the door, but it does not operate in the door; it is merely for lighting purposes, so we must go to reception to have the door opened for us. The phone line is down; they provide mobile phone numbers to call them, however it takes a long time for them to respond.

I got in from the airport and they let me go in early and gave me a room and right away the bed was Asti wood cricket and the courtesy was broken and Wells were dirty underneath the bed head guess that was a inch thick and the microwave was tilted the washer only washed and the oven wouldn't work constantly blowing a fuse then after calling booking.com they put me in a three-bedroom apartment with a balcony and it was beautiful but when I tried to cook I would lose energy from the fuse would pop so if that was the deal but the shower has worked well the balcony was nice had a good view and the swimming pool was amazing

What ever is written in the past reviews are all correct . This a LARGE Appartment with kitchen and balcony, single bedroom , but two bathrooms. We unfortunately contracted corona virus midway in our stay here and ended up staying close to one month . There are lot of cockroaches, they are not even scared of you . They were calmly walking on the floor , counter tops , even inside the fridge . The staff are rude and do not respond much . They hardly give any value to your queries , requests . They are mostly apathetic . Dig deeper and you realise they are overworked . Dubai has 12 hour working hour per day . So as our stay progressed we also developed a thick skin . This well built Appartment hotel is Poorly managed , abysmally maintained . Don’t expect any help from the staff . Better google all your doubts

This is LARGE , well designed open kitchen dining living room with large balcony and one bedroom . There are two bathrooms and this really was helpful when we were quarantined for 10 days due to COVID . As a family of four , we really did not feel any suffocation as the rooms were large airy , the large balcony helped us a lot - especially since it faced a park and the creek . We stayed close to a month . This place is around 7 min walk to the metro and have a lot of restaurant close by . The main city Center supermarket/ mall is one of the largest and open till 12 am .The cleaning crew were nice and helpful guys . The Wifi is good . We were using 4 screens at same time and still good .

Room was not cleaned, full of dust and smelly. No electronics were working other than refrigerator, no buffet breakfast, bathroom pipe was leaking and maintenance was really poor, even if u complain no quick action other than cherry madam, we even got our room changed, still we faced all this problems. I would not stay and consider this property

most of the kitchen appliances were not working (toaster and microwave) and when we asked the recep for help, we did not get any good response. somebody fr recep told us “sorry, there is nobody here who knows how to operate the microwave. the cooker- “nobody there to go to the room and check”. we figured out everything ourselves. the TV in the rooms were not working. the swimming pool attendant was somewhat rude. it was like he was not “happy” that he has to do his job. my 2 kids just used the pool for 2 mornings, only for an hour on each day because we have activities scheduled for each day anyway.

Cleanliness, very badly managed service and maintenance. I saw small cockroach in the kitchen. The room service is very poor. They don't understand English and they don't clean well. The room was smelly. Kitchen utensils were broken .

No cutlery, a poor set of crockery no cups, no glasses, I had to request and received only few items. No towels supplied initially, the towels supplied by request were not soft. No dishwashing liquiid, no pad, I had to buy my own. No dishes drying rack in the kitchen, no kitchen towels. No washing machine caspsules supplied. The washing machine has no drier, no drying rack was supplied. The room is quite dark, should have additional lighting.

The location is few minutes wals from the metro. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. Close to the airport. Helpful reception staff.

Firstly, on the initial offering of the apartment it’s been advertised as a fully equipped Apartment. and cleaning services twice a week. 1) most of the kitchen appliances ,cutlery and crockery is non existent. I had to go and buy a set of glasses of my own. No towels are provided. broken furniture and kitchen cabinets are all over. 2) dining room table - no chairs 3) Tv - basic local Chanel 4)Freezer shelf’s are all broken. 5) I had to show the cleaning staff to do basic cleaning inside the room even to make a proper bed. all bed frames are dirty and full if dust as if it’s never been cleaned before. 6) I had to walk around on a cockroach hunt and waited 5 days for the guys to come an fumigate the apartment. 7) cleaning staff comes in 3 people spent 2 min inside and them leave as then they are done cleaning. 8) Wifi is very poor. the list goes on and on…. 9) overall not clean
