The only small aspect I can speak to and was never a major problem was the capacity for the lifts, they were very busy and many too full to enter in busy periods but it did not detract from our experience

I can't believe I'm saying this but nothing at all! Truly am exceptional hotel

Where do I begin, excellent staff specifically: Nadeem, Rima and Mahoni. They went above and beyond every single day to make us feel so welcome, our butler Mahoni arranged cute surprises for us numerous times during our stay with personalised cards and treats when they found out we were expecting. All the staff were exceptionally friendly in a way that felt warm, genuine and respectful. The facilities in the hotel were first class, from the gym, to the spa, the room itself, restaurants, private beach, complimentary daily clothes pressing, and complimentary late check out,I honestly could not fault a single thing. The only thing I noticed towards the second half of our stay was that our bedding wasn't changed, but I'm sure if we'd mentioned it they would have done so. Location wise, the hotel is situated in Corniche, which is the center of Abu Dhabi, with 2 malls within walking distance, a private beach and access to other beach clubs as well as restaurants nearby. The Emirates palace is also close and all other major sites and attractions are easy to get to. The hotel has a constant supply of taxis waiting at the entrance, so you never have to wait long for a taxi, which was much cheaper than Uber, and very safe. The true marker for me of how wonderful the St Regis is was when I had a case of pregnancy brain and forgot when our flight and check out was, I was convinced it was a day later. The manager called us at 6pm on our check out date to check if everything was ok (most hotels would call you at 1 minute past check out time!) When we realised our mistake they were so understanding, allowed us to stay in the same room the extra night at a generous rate! That sealed the deal for us and made the St Regis our new hotel of choice for future trips to Abu Dhabi. Thank you so much to all the staff, you're truly incredible and the real assets of St Regis. We are looking forward to our next visit, insha'Allah with the newest addition of our family...

Everything was great. Even though the beach & pool in this Hotel (in the Corniche) are really great, the St. Regis Hotel in Saadiyat island is a bigger resort.

The BREAKFAST was AMAZING!! with so many varieties of tasty food, and the service was excellent. Super clean and spacious rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Very beautiful BEACH and POOL :) And the location is great, close to the Palace (Qasr Alwatan), and other places.
