Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

RomaniaEverything was ok. Accommodations/ rooms / services and parking & garaje. You need to consider the cost of the parking, but you can count on it. The bus line 74a is quite in front of the hotel and you have direct connection to City Center and train station/ subway.

AustriaAt the reception they don't have tickets for public transportation. They send you to a closed "Tabak Trafik" or the U-bahn to purchase the ticket. Would be helpful if they add that service at the front desk.
Large room and quiet. Good value for money. Supermarket Lidl in building. Lots of restaurants around.

The room we got was large, it could be said that it was two rooms, as there was no door separating the two rooms. The entire room was colored red, and this color did not give us comfort. Unfortunately, our plane was delayed and we were forced to leave the hotel early. We asked to cancel payment for breakfast, but they did not agree, as they forced us to pay for breakfast without receiving anything in return.

Hotel is ok, on good location, close, few minutes walk to Uban or tram station. Staff was very pleasant. Room was very clean and cosy. Breakfast was ok, but could be better.

I haven't got any information about it, not during the booking or from the hotel staff.

GreeceI didn't like that we were given nothing as a goodbye gift when we checked out. On the 3rd day we stayed there we had the sign 'do not disturb ' on our door and in the evening we found the bed made... And the most major thing that needs to be addressed is the sauna room situation: you can enter with a card okay , there's a small sitting room on your left and right across it are the showers?? Mind you there's nothing to *obscure the view* if someone is taking a shower. And apart from having one towel hanged the showers are next to a glass see through sauna where someone was buttnaked lying down there and I couldn't figure out that someone was inside up until I noticed them! You need to do something about the privacy there . Better to have one person at the time in there and lock the door when they enter than this . Also we are not sure if we had paid for breakfast but at that price and without breakfast it wasn't worth it at all.
We liked the amenities the room and the beds were really comfortable.And the card system was quick and safe for us to use

Loved the staff, location. Rooms are big and mine even had a huge balcony. Marts, restaurants, public transportations, all are in walking distance. Quiet and comfortable sleep. A cafe named Coffee and Friends and a pub named The Oak are a must visit which are again in walking distance. Overall, its amazing.

Georgiastaff didnt change my dates of booking ,i asked it 45 days earlier as my flight dates were changed. they did it after i paid extra 99€. location isnt comfortable as you need transport to get city center. So its more clever to book hotels in this price near to center.
