The worker at the reception is very rude! He charged us 80e plus, because we accidentally booked the wrong day. He tried to charge us for parking and the parking was free! Never there again!

There wasn't anything that i disliked about my stay.

For the price, i was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was very good and the staff were also very friendly. The hotel was also very clean and the location couldn't been any better. I would definitely recommend.

Very bad it looks like a orphanage needs care and also very low quality presence no person sane would ever stay there the people working there really look like no words they are totally goons

Claimed 24h reception but as we were arriving at 11 pm, not only were the staff just leaving, but they had no clue of my booked room, which I booked via booking.com and had a receipt for. They then wanted to quickly clean a room for me in 10 minutes, which is not enough time to properly clean a hotel room. They then gave us a room, that was booked for another person and a cheaper one, as what I paid for. The owner was already in bed and unreachable. He wasn't to be found in the morning either. We read the reviews before booking, but it was the only available option, so we had to risk it. The staff didn't speak a word German and their English was hardly passable.

Parking is too expensive. One night accommodation plus city tax plus parking, amounted to almost 200euro .

It is very close to railway station, newly renovated, very nice breakfast. There is only one question that I cannot figure out. The outside door of the hotel is locked and the reception is on the second floor. How can a new customer walk in without a key? I did not find a doorbell outside.

The entrance to the property could be better but a new petrol station with a mini market is being finished and will be great to buy snacks etc. The hotel is above street level but there is a stair lift for those with restricted mobility.

Cleanest room ever - spotless. Newly refurbished bathroom, great shower. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and lovely choice.

On arrival the staff at checkin was barely able to look up from the newspaper to help us through the checkin process. Room was passable, however the heating was broken in the "full on" position, causing us to have to open windows to cool the room- during a snowstorm. We experienced the noise of the snowplow/people and hardly slept. The room was expensive: it was during the Weihnachtsmarkt season, so prices were inflated. The room was definitely not worth the $260/night we paid, and how apathetic the staff was to everything.

About the only thing good about this hotel was the central location. However looking across the street (and comparing day-of prices to that hotel- it would have been a better bet).

We arrived and there was noone at the reception.we took the keys by our selves,were in an envelope.the a/c wasnt working at night and it was cold in the room. In the morning we went to check out again noone at the reception,it was closed with a sign i will be right back.... the same sign ...like last night,but noone appeared while we were waiting there. we drop off the keys and left..that doesnt make you feel safe as a guest. With the ammount we paid we could find a better place for sure..
