Close proximity to the Altstadt. Room had nice amenities (books and radio were unexpected). Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Outdoor dining area was pleasant retreat from the city.

Remarkable hotel and well described by their motto “ a home with a soul”. Superb cleanness, real spotless than any of big 4-tar chain hotels I stayed. With an artistic character while relaxing. Every details catering to the needs that guest might have not thought about. Just name a few: a bike rental service with kid size bikes and trailers, a throw placed on the chair in the breakfast area, a kid corner with toys and crafts ( but not messiness associated with your dentist office toy corner) , their own line of shampoo, body lotion and bath salt. strongly recommend!

We stayed there two nights on different weekends, and on the second time our room had a big stain on the ceiling, caused by some water leakage. It did not cause any inconvenience, but for the price of the stay I had expected a room in perfect conditions.

Service and breakfast were fantastic. I loved relaxing in the inner courtyard, next to the hotel's beehives. The hotel is not in the heart of the city, but it's in a short walking distance (10 to 15 mins). Rooms were very clean and stylish.

The property was beautiful including the hotel itself and our room. Parking was right outside the building and within walking distance to the central area.

On the first morning I found the staff a little slow to offer tea/coffee and choices of hot food options cooked to order, so I had to find a staff member to ask them for a particular dish. But overall the staff were excellent, very attentive, and always willing and happy to help

For boutique hotel thought toiletries were poor option. The shampoo had an unpleasant smell. Also, listed parking in booking but fyi it is not included. Extra /additional fees incurred.

We loved our stay. One of the most beautiful places we have stayed in. Every detail is thought through and the staff is excellent. We wish we could have stayed much longer. Unique interior and everybody made us feel welcome. The location is fantastic to walk into the city. Great parking.

Breakfast was incredible, as was the lovely inner garden with the bees! We ate the honey the bees made for breakfast, just lovely. Facility was very clean, staff was super nice. So glad we chose this place out of all our options. It just inherently felt right!

The fact that when I wanted to rent a bicycle from the hotel, the woman at the front desk wouldn't let me rent an E-bike and basically told me that I wouldn't need it because Salzburg was pretty much flat. She told me this without knowing my physical abilities or limitations. I thought it strange, especially since I was paying for it and I was only going to use it between the hours of 4AM to 6AM, 2 hours. It's not as if I would be depriving someone that may really need it because between those hours most people are still sleeping. I ride an e-bike at home and with my knees not being in the best of shape, the e-bike helps me get around further than I would with a normal bike. The location of the hotel is a bit of a walk to the historical centre, about 15-20 minutes depending upon your physical abilities. My wife is disabled and so it takes her a bit longer to walk to the centre.

The overall experience at the hotel and villa as well as the comfort of the bed in the room. Also, the breakfast choices were very good as well as being able to order eggs as we preferred. Parking right on site was a good possibility, of course it had to be paid for. The hotel staff were very helpful with some requirements we had. Oh and the shower was absolutely huge. Also, plenty of hangars in the closet area.

The display of the wine lists have not been updated and are all incorrect. The Vienna Chardonnay was advertised on the wine list as being €25 but was in fact €30. we queried this and was told the price had changed by the bar man. it wasn’t the money that mattered as we gave €5 tip but it was the principle of wrong advertising. days afterwards it was still being shown at the side of the bar as being €25.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. there was a lovely sauna and steam room and Terrace. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The laundry service was excellent and an ironing board was brought up to our room within minutes of asking for one. Excellent Hotel.

We found a hair on the sink when we came into our room.

The stay was very comfortable. Every staff we encountered was friendly and nice. Their pillows may not be good for everyone but the hotel offers some different choices for pillows which is good. The selection of choices at breakfast buffet was great and every little thing they had was tasty. We arrived a bit too early so we asked them if we could drop our luggage which they had no problem with. When we were back, I expected to carry our suitcases on our own but surprisingly it was already placed in our room. :) From the beginning till the end of our stay, everything and everyone were professional and for that we are grateful.
