The shower in our room was in a very deep tub. The shower was great, but getting in & out was a bit difficult because it was so deep. They had a grab bar, but it was on the back wall and not on the side wall to hold when stepping out. I needed my husbands help to climb out so I would not slip.

Loved the charm of this hotel. We had a lovely garden view room and it was really quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. We loved the breakfast each morning and the variety was really good. The staff was really helpful and always available.

The only negative was that the shower was small in our room.

A very comfortable and warm hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the interior decoration throughout the hotel was excellent. The breakfast and restaurant were of very good quality. The choice of tea and coffee in the room was very thoughtful.

Contemporary decor that isn’t trendy. Very well maintained. Large room, beautifully furnished. Attentive, friendly staff. Quiet neighbourhood location. Incredible rooftop spa with a sauna with mountain views and an outdoor terrace with lovely flowers.

We really liked the entire experience.

The hotel itself is located in quiet area but a short walk (10-15 minutes) from the old part of Salzburg, and convenient to public transportation. Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful in telling us how to get places, making dinner reservations, etc. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel! Nicely remodeled and very quiet. Location to Old Town was good with good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was amazing and all the staff was pleasant and helpful.

The building and facilities are a bit dated.

Excellent service, check in/out just a breeze. Breakfast is excellent. They made the eggs ti your order and provided coffee latte. Staff are very friendly. Location is quite close to Old Town.

They should probably look at using better mattresses. The one we had was too soft. And I think they should mention the bees in the garden (they’re not harmful, just a little annoying)

Everything! It’s a gorgeous property, with a wonderful garden and a great terrace area for drinks/meals. They are also extremely dog friendly. They provided food/water bowls as well as a soft rug for our dog (and treats)! The garden view room was lovely - our dog loved to sit by the Juliet balcony and look outside. And they do serve a brilliant breakfast! The entire staff was quite nice and helpful as well.

Great room with gods coffee. Having a CD player and a selection of Music available was a great touch in Salzburg. Small details are looked after like serving honey from the bees in the garden at breakfast just a great place to stay!

The staff were amazing! The owner is a lovely lady .. she’s there every morning smiling and walking around the breakfast tables making sure everyone is comfortable and getting what they need. A very cozy atmosphere!
