We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CroatiaA little expensive for what they have to offer. Maybe an old school hotel, needs modern facelift. Four of us stayed in one triple and one single room. Single room was ok, triple little old fashioned with not so good beds.
Location is perfect, right in center of town, free parking is always a plus. Breakfast was ok, classic continental.

Location close to the highway but in a calm place, good for a rest whil etravelling. Helpful personnel. Quite good restaurant, open in the evening till late being helpful when you reach the hotel late after tiresome travel, also really good breakfast.

We booked half board because the room is quiet big and very clean, the dinner is delicious and the breakfast has great variety of healthy food. Manual is very kind to give us a room in the third floor. Unfortunately because the air-condition was broken in second and third floors during this hottest period, we were given a room in the first floor. It is a very good hotel for a stop-over before going back to our destination.

RomaniaIn our room no 214 the curtains were partially missing and we had to wake up at 6:30 a.m. from the day light. We would have slept longer and this was pretty uncomfortable. In our friend’s room no 301 the heated water was not working at all and he had a sloping bed. At the reception we had to search after someone to talk to for check-in/check-out as nobody was there.
Very quiet and a nice location. The parking is free which is a nice thing to have! Breakfast is very good and diverse!

The breakfast was good and with plenty to choose. I am gluten intolerant and the hotel did gluten free bread and some nice little chocolate type muffin cakes. Hot breakfast if wanted. Cold meats and plenty fruit juices. Hot drinks.
