We had to book quickly because of change of plans. Surprisingly the apartment is not in the house on the picture but above Billa shop nearby. The layout of the apartment is strange, it looks like this was a doctor's office before. Mix of new and old furniture and equipment. Very small bed - I think it is 140cm wide,

The apartment is spacious, the terrace was nice in summer. Lot of space in the bathroom. Clean. It was quiet despite being above Billa and a parking lot. You can go and buy breakfast almost in your PJ!

For your better check-in experience, please mind that the studio is located in a different building than the main Landhaus. It actually is located in the same building where Billa shop is, which is just two minutes away from the main Landhaus.

I believe this location is a very comfy one when you want to spend several days in the region travelling here and there with your car. Located in the same building with Billa shop, it provides you with a great starting point for your summer endeavors. The host was just great, very helpful and informative. The kitchenette is quite basic but gives you all the necessary things. Up to 10 minutes walking distance to the city center of Schladming.

There was no wifi in the building that we were hosted in. The rooms looked smaller than on the photos, but fine given the stuffing.

For solo travel, it was a bit pricey. Also, the WiFi signal didn’t reach the second floor where my room was.

Small bed, no WiFi, hairy pillows, leaky sheet, accommodation in another house, the toaster is missing, without ski room - skis in the hallway, shoes taken out of the room.

The main property was full and we got placed in a unit across the street above the Billa grocery store. This property did not come with wifi as advertised in the listing. Double checked all my communications and there was no mention that it would be excluded. We arrived late in the night, informed the property ahead of time, and reminded them per their request before we arrived. Arrived to not being able to get in and had to wake someone up from the property. Thankfully they came quickly and let us in.

The location was close to the train station and right above the Billa grocery store, which was convenient. Enjoyed the balcony looking onto the mountain.

the studio is 150 meters from this house on the picture, it is fine and clean, only but one big minus is the fact that you don't have WI-FI connection or any kind of internet in the studio. I think that in this days the need for the Internet, and especially for people who have a job over net , that it is the duty of the hosts to get a modem and a router to cover two or three small studio apartments with Wi-Fi.

At my arrival I was asked to wait outside the hotel while they confirm my booking (it was about 5*C). There was someone playing a trumpet in the hotel. No hand soap, no shower soap/shampoo. I try to call to the phone listed with no answer, I sent a message no answer. No hot water in shower.
