Noise from motorway and train. Bathroom too small for this class of hotel.

I didn't like the food. I imagine some people would love it, but for me it was too fussy and too 'cordon bleu'. It is just personal preference, l like Austrian food when l am in Austria. Itcwould gave been great if there was an alternative choice.

Design is kitschy and altmodisch, too much details, artificial flowers, not the best portraits of long-dead artists every 2 mitres. It’s a little bit noisy because of Autobahn

The Spa area could be better, there were a couple of Saunas that were cold( not plugged in all the time) No employees in the Spa and pool area(no reception)

We didn´t enjoy a big window just in the opposite to the shower corner, leading from the bathroom to the room. To us doesn´t make any sense to have such a window there.

Nice and calm hotel, we really enjoyed our stay there. Excellent was a half board service with 5 course menu for dinners. Also most of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull.

We stayed in October, on a weekday. I know the tourist offer of the place very well, being Preferred Guest of a well-known hotel chain in this city, where I often come on holiday. I must say that for the extremely high price we paid in this hotel, the services offered were very disappointing: the dinner was very poor and not adequate for a 4 star superior hotel. Furthermore, the menu included a chocolate dessert, but instead they served us sweet fried dumplings without giving any explanation. At breakfast the buffet was very poor: the desserts were 1 donut and croissants. this hotel promotes itself as a wellness hotel, but there was no auffguss. Only on Friday, the day of our departure, was there an auffguss in the sauna: but since it was the day of our check out, we were asked for €30 per person, a total of €60 to be able to access. The sauna master was not professional: he did not use any music, and talked continuously during the session, ruining the relaxing atmosphere. The hotel advertises itself as a "lakefront hotel", however it is located very far back and far away.

The general mood is not good - the waiting staff is grumpy and feels actually quite unprofessional - if you want to be 4*S it should feel very (!) different we are a family with 2 kids and it felt like this was not very welcome - if you want to be adults only then be it and declare that also we had an issue with a sick kid and had to leave one day earlier - no return and no discount - and not even asked how he was doing when we left… overall handled very disappointingly

We have not been alerted that, due to a big party, in which we were not interested, the restaurant service were not available, even though I paid for the half board service. It was not a problem not to eat in the hotel, but it was enough it to be clarified in the emails We exchanged a week before. When I tried to change the board service, they replied that nothing could Be change and I got no Money back. at the end, I was also asked to pay the city tax…

The building, the position, the spa

The service personnel for the meals were not very attentive, for example they did not explain well the rules about which dishes must be served by the staff and which ones should be served oneself, or how to get some (for example bread???). In addition, we also suffer many delays between different dishes, even if they were hot or cold, regardless of the time you arrive at the restaurant. We paid for a room with a view of the lake, but unfortunately the hotel has a curtain of trees in front that prevents us from seeing anything, at least for all rooms at the second floor.

The interior decoration of the hotel is very beautiful with numerous fine visual arts. Also the pool and the Spa area are very nice and spacious with an excellent view and provides a lot of comfort for guests. The personnel in the reception was very attentive all time. The hotel location is perfect to visit several of the local best attractions/ places and have a good own parking area. the food quality and taste is very good.

We couldn’t watch Netflix and we couldn’t apply our language or subtitles on the television either ,not even in English .We didn’t like it at all .
