No suggestions. Cannot recall if we had AC in our room or not. That may matter to someone so do inquire just in case.

Beautiful spot at the base of Olympic runs. We were just passing through Innsbruck and needed a place to stay for one afternoon/night off the highway. It was just a short detour from the highway. We happened to be celebrating a special occasion that day and happened to mention so when checking in. After returning from our car with baggage, the receptionist greeted us again with a totally unexpected Schnapps toast. How sweet and spontaneous of her! Again with limited time at this destination, we had time to drive up the street a very short distance away (could have walked too) and take a gondola ride up the stunning mountain. After a little hike, we enjoyed dinner at the top of the mountain (many locations to choose from but we preferred the beer garden). None of that would have been possible if were not not staying at this little gem. The place was clean, had a nice view of the mountain/gondola from our porch. The location was quiet. Oh and breakfast… amazing! You must get the breakfast if you stay here.

They should really consider having a fan/air cooler as the heat was unbearable in the night.

I loved the location of the property and easy commute to Innsbruck city when needed through the public transport. It was secluded, green & peaceful but still well connected. I’d love to be back at the property in future. The room was good in size too.

The position of the room allotted to us could have been better but the hotel had a lot of occupants, so can't complain.

The breakfast was charged separately but had a lot of options. The room was very spacious and will all the required amneties. The view from the hotel was very nice. The staff was very hospitable.

Reception closed early in the evening, meaning that the bar also closed early. It was rather inconvenient that there was no restaurant at the hotel, as it was about a mile to walk into the nearest village (and the same in the opposite direction, but this time, uphill!)

All the hotel staff we met were friendly and helpful. We had a huge room, and enjoyed a very good breakfast. It really was a good location!

Room needs maintenance. Bathroom door handle comes off, no screw holding it on, flushing mechanism screws loose, metal plate on floor between rooms bent and sticking up a little.

The room had a balcony but it wasn’t stated that this was shared and had no division between the rooms. I feel this should be specified as it’s not very private so feels like you can’t have curtains open as people can walk past.

Staff were really friendly. Complimentary cakes in reception for guests. Free parking which is right outside. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

Perfect stay. The room was super clean and exactly how it is shown in the picture. Ambience is so beautiful. I really like the big windows. Woke up to a great mountain view. Staff is nice. We checked in late at night. They left an envelope with the checkin information. Great experience overall!

The water from taps was cloudy and a bit white in appearance. Did not see this anywhere else in Austria so not sure what happened there.

Spacious rooms, very clean and well equipped. Check in was made so easy by them even though I reached late in the night. They gave me proper instructions on how to check in by myself. Ample parking space and not too far away from the city. Decent breakfast for 16 Euros per person.

We arrived after 7pm after getting held up in traffic, there were no staff on duty, envelope pinned to door with room key in, bar closed nowhere to get food locally that we could find, after a long drive not what we needed.
