Nothing to complain about. Located far away from city but had a great view so all good.

Nice clean room at back of the hotel. Try booking for 3 nights for insbruck pass. Gets few attractions free/ discounted. Was a shame that we couldn't get an extension for 3rd night but that was not fault of the hotel.

Everythig was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and will go back there for sure if I am to go back to Innsbruck.

This hotel has a perfect situation: in the mountain though 20 mn by bus to go to the city center. The bedroom is very cosy, comfortable and very well decorated. As for the breakfast, it is amazing. Excellent and very diversified breakfast. Moreover, this trip was for our honeymoon and the hotel made a very nice surprise for us in our room. Thanks again for this!

The best part about this hotel was it’s location, it’s located at one of the most beautiful places in Innsbruck. We booked the family apartment which was quite spacious and equipped with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The staffs were very kind and welcoming. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which makes commuting very easy and buses are quite frequent. It’s a bit far from the Innsbruck city centre itself but the journey to and from this hotel is mesmerising with incredible scenic views. There is also a cable car spot in walking distance. All in all we had a great stay and would love to visit again 🙂

Unfortunately the restaurant was not open in the evening but there are places nearby if you have a car or you can use the bus. We were travelling by motorbike

Very helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Great choice of food for breakfast. Free pass on transport so we used the bus to get to Lans for a meal.

The parking area is a bit tight unfortunately.

The hotel staff were very accommodating for check-in. They left a little cute pouch outside with my name on which had the instructions and keys to enter our room. The room itself was very spacious and clean with a nice view of the mountains from the living room area.

Beautiful location. Clean, comfortable and cosy accommodation in a very large room that had a balcony with a Mountain View. Accessible by public transport. We caught a bus, a short walk from the main train station, up to the hotel. All staff great; helpful and professional.

Cosy hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Excellent and plentiful healthy breakfast. Our car broke down during our stay so we waited in the lobby for a few hours for it to be towed and the staff were so kind and welcoming.

Very friendly staff, excelent wellness area with 2 saunas, infra-red cabine and chill-out area. The room is very commfortable, excelent, very big breakfast and you get aromatized water and snacks like cakes and apples for free. The Hotel is a bit further away from the city, but it is easily reachable from the center by a bus that stops right in front of it - in total 18 minutes ride. So if you want some nature and a break from big cities, this is the spot for you.

If I had to be really picky, Little milk portions in the room would be nice( to go with the tea bags provided) And possibly the option to get a snack in the evening even if was just crisps/sandwich

The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed to be to much trouble. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Nice to have a balcony with a spectacular view. The location at first appeared to be a bit far from innsbruck, however excellent and regular bus service from right outside the hotel.

The property is on a beautiful location. Beds are super comfy and the view from the balcony in the morning is amazing. I’d also like to mention that Sarah was super responsive during our message exchanges and is a wonderful host who genuinely wants to support you having a nice stay !

the shower head is old and feels like showering with a hose, there is no air conditioning or fan so you have to keep the window open at night for cool air - and sometimes your neighbours are outside making noise or smoking cigarettes so it is not very enjoyable.
