A bit far from the Salzburg station as well as the tourist attractions but there is a bus stop near by. We stayed for 3 nights here, but on the 3rd night, it was found out that every plug sockets in our room didn't work. The hotel's engineer wasn't available on Sunday which we were staying. Luckily, there was only a smaller room left and we had to change the room.

The reception was helpful. Decoration was good. The room carpet is musical notes which reflects the city of classical music. The room is spacious with tea and coffee provided. There are also some supermarkets nearby (5 mins walk).

The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. The receptionists were very helpful, assisted us with the purchase of the Salzburg card and provided some suggestions for local restaurants. The hotel was a 10-minute walk to the old town as well as being in close proximity to supermarkets for those wishing to buy local specialties. The room itself was large, quiet, had excellent wifi and was very clean. Definitely worth the stay.

Not having rooms near each other, made it hard for families. Found the staff not as friendly, and requesting simple things were challenging. But overall, this didn't affect our stay.

Great location, easy 10-minute walk from the train station. Great for families, as it is spacious, however when requesting rooms close together, they were on the same floor, but not near each other, that is hard for family with three children. Without interconnected rooms, it makes it hard for families. We didn't have breakfast so not sure about this service.

Beautiful hotel with modern decoration inside, not far away from Central Train Station. The hotel is about 15 minutes by walking from Schloss Mirabell and 20 minutes from the river. The room was clean, large with comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Staff was helpful and polite. Everything was good!

The location was very good, it was very close to the main town and located near supermarkets and the site of our day tour. The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed a late check out and bag storage. The room was large and very comfortable, and had a small fridge.

The breakfast was expensive so we didn’t get it.

The superior double room was spacious, and nicely decorated, with a large and comfortable bed. We didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment, but the staff behind the bar and the reception were lovely. The sauna was great after a cold day out (but expect nudity!)
