We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

UkraineUnfortunately, the bathroom is so tiny. But still affordable. There's nothing to complain about.
We stayed with family for two nights. The location is perfect! The Ski bus stop is close to the hotel, and the parking area is around 200 meters away, but it's okay. The room is quiet and comfortable, and the mattresses are excellent! The view is fantastic! The restaurant is delicious, the staff is amiable, and there is nothing to complain about.

Austriathe internet wasn’t that fast. at breakfast you had to always wait quite a while to get coffee. potentially getting a 2nd coffee machine would help. although I noticed there was filter coffee left to the side to potentially help, this would need to be made much clearer with a sign.
The staff during our stay where extremely professional and polite. the hotel had a wonderful modern feel to walk around, mostly the restaurant, bar and the reading room. the spa and rooftop garden where fabulous and the ability to book a yoga course included within the stay was really enjoyable.

AustriaThe only thing we were not really happy with, was our room. It was in the older part of the building and one could tell, that they tried to renovate it very quickly. Paint peeled off, or was not done well. And it smelled a bit damp and like old cigarette smoke :( If staying here, I would recommend asking for a room in the newer part.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel looked very modern and colorful and was located ideally at the center of town. And the breakfast buffet was simply amazing! We also enjoyed the sauna a lot, it was very clean and there were sufficient comfy beds to rest afterwards.

United KingdomLimited guest toiletries which is a problem if you are flying hand luggage only. No bottled water or tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. Bathroom lighting poor and no magnifying mirror for make up. No staff around for breakfast service as I wanted decaf coffee. I did find someone on day 2 and 3. my room in the front older part of the hotel looked dated and having stayed in a pension nearby for half the price previously I didn’t feel the stay was value for money.
Good location and restaurant and bar. Food was good and Georgie excellent bar service.
