Lukewarm welcome at check-in - no smile, no eye-contact (young lady was probably at the end of her shift). Folding bed was not comfortable.

Clean, spacious room. Central location. They are not economising on heating-you can adjust temperature you like for your room, which is very nice in winter. We didn't had breakfast, but it looked very appealing.

Great service, guest is king/queen, kind way of servicing the guest as home away from home. Cosy bed, sauna, relax area. Also business zone, meeting space. Flexible and professional.

The breakfast place - on Saturday and especially Sunday it eas extremely hard for hotel guests to find a place since a lot of tables were reserved for outside guests. We were not warned about that either. Then the price for pets - I did not notice it on Bookjng, it should be shown visibly beforehand or added when booking. Same for parking price that we found iut inly when checking out. Then on our last night (Sat.25.11/Sun.26.11) we were woken up at 2am by some guys in black hoodies knowking on every door on our floor. Twice. Hotel should keep an eye on who enters the hotel at night. Also when we brought flowers and asked for a vase we were given a broken one that leaked water so much we could not use it.

Location and possibility to park the car next to the entrance to unload and upload luggage. The possibility to stay with pets.

During our stay there It was accomodate also a big sport team. Teenagers, boys... During the breakfast ( wonderful, by the way).. from some of them come a heavy smell of sweating... C'mon... it was absolutely grouse... I expected that some of the lady waiters to took some actions... but no...

We'd asked for a room with a double bed and a double futon for the kids, but the futon was tiny and only big enough for 1 child. Luckily the main bed was big enough to fit 3 into.

The room was very clean and spacious. The location was great, close to the shops and restaurants but no noise with the windows closed (air conditioned so this wasn't an issue).

The lack of Hotel's own parking place: we had to find paid parking places nearby. Too few coat hangers and chairs in the room for more person (family) stay. I was getting Germain language messages/emails from the Hotel, however, I suppose, that from the booking.com system, they could know that I am not a Germain native speaker.

Hotel is in a very good location. The room was quiet and enough big, ideal for a relaxing stay.

Breakfast is a bit expensive. Also, a bed lamp did not function and the shower door was not closing 100%.

Excellently placed near the main bus station for Minimundus and the beach and a few streets away from the center. Nice room and generous common areas.

Room cleaning, even if it was not bad, could be improved (one day they changed the towels and left only one shower tovel, some days the coffee cups were left dirty, cleaning of the floor was not always good).

Excellent location just few meters from the center and the main square. Excellet facilities for bikers (bycicle deposit room inside the hotel near the reception with charging sockets). Very gool and abundant breakfast. Personnel was very kind.

Great location. Close to bus station, Lendkanal and city centre. Friendly, helpful staff. Good air conditioning and sound proof rooms - no noise from the road. Good breakfast. The oldest part of the building still had vaulted ceilings - lots of character.

A minor point but we would have appreciated if the coffee capsules and minibar items consumed would be replaced each day.
