Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Just a short 5min easy walk to Salzburg center and tourist attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff (Many thanks to Mr.Yiorgos especially) Would definitely stay here again

The bathrooms don't have ventilation (we had 2 rooms). The shower drain was partially clogged in one of the rooms. One room was very clean, but in the other one we saw some stuff under the bed, probably forgotten.

The location was very good, with good public transportation. The room was spacious, comfortable. They clean and change the towels daily (I would let the visitors decide if they want the towels changed).

The hairdryer in the room was kind of broken (to be specific a part of it was disassembled) and it didn’t felt safe to use it.

Nice hotel with the nice location very close to the downtown. Beautiful room with all the necessary facilities.

The rooms were quite dated inside. There were no room types available to accommodate our family of 4 so we had to have 2 rooms with 2 people each.

The location was nice. A little Walk to get to the city centre but nice, quiet area.

Nothing. The hotel was perfect for my 2 night stay.

Location is perfect, a short 10 minute walk to Getreidegasse or the Fortress Hohensalzburg or for that matter, almost all the central tourist attractions of Salzburg. Parking was underground in a private lot, very convenient! Staff were friendly, breakfast was decent, room was spacious and had enough storage. Overall, was great for a 2 night stay in Salzburg. If possible, take a trip to Berchtesgaden/ Kehlsteinhaus - the views are exceptional!

Breakfast could have been a bit better. The hotel was just renovating their breakfast area so perhaps the breakfast was not as great. Otherwise all was very good.

The amazing location! It was a basic hotel and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable including pull out couch. Two rooms are not needed when you travel with three small children (we booked two but the beds are large and so is the couch and it easily accommodates two adults and 3 small kids). The proximity to the center is fantastic. Parking at the hotel is also a plus.

The staff was friendly and provided good service and recommended great restaurants. The breakfast was great value, clean, quiet and the hotel was walking distance to all the nearby attractions, so no bus or taxi was required. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again!

The hotel is hard to find, because it changes its name from Star Inn to Leonardo. And they don't make an announcement to the clients or on the booking.com.

Our room had one bed and one couch made into a bed. When I booked the room it said 2 beds. I think this was very misleading. With the couch bed pulled out there was no room for the desk chair and so we had to put it in front of the bathroom door or room door.

This hotel had great parking and location. The hotel is right next to one of the tunnels to get into the city. We were able to walk every day. It was clean and it was nice having an elevator. The air conditioning worked great and helped cool our room on the hot days.

The bar area was actually in the reception area and was undergoing some renovation so not available for use but not really a problem.

Expensive parking, you may try free parking are but make sure you respect the hours or P+R salzburg parkings which cost 5 eur per day in July and August.!
