The guest card were not provided by the hotel. Usually the hotels are enquiring upfront and arranging for the guest card from the city tourism office.

Great spot at a reasonable rate, close to Gosau and easily accessible from main roads. Parking included, friendly host on site for check-in, clean room, and very comfortable beds. Quiet enough to hear the birds chirp in the morning.

It was a bit cold at night and the heating didn’t work, but it wasn’t too bad. There were mugs and glasses but no kettle, which was a bit disappointing.

It had handy parking spaces, the host was wonderful, it had a smart tv which allowed us to use our netflix. The bed was very comfortable, the view was lovely.

In general a well equipped kitchen but it could be more convenient to have more cuttlery, plates, glasses etc. than just 4 of each for a family of four.

Nice and very clean apartment. Fantastic mountain views from two balconies. The location is great. Gosausee and surroundings is gorgeous and the location is also great for day trips to so many fantastic places in the area (like Hallstatt, Wolfgangsee, Salzburg, Eagle’s Nest in Germany and so much more..)

Great location, beside the hiking trail to Gosausee panorama. The host, Eugene has made our vacation plans runs smoothly. From picking us up at the station, to our daily commute to the attractions. Even laundry service was provided. The house was very neat and tidy. Kitchen utensils and tableware were clean. Sure feels like home. We will definitely come back for the winter season.

Everything was really great. I do wish the balcony had comfortable seats so that we could have sat out later in the evening.

Check-in was easy, the room was clean, the view from the balcony is really beautiful! A 20-25 minute drive into Hallstatt and Dachstein. Would love to return and stay again! Great for our family.

The kitchen was not properly equipped. We had 3 of each....glasses, coffee cups, cutlery, plates and bowls. There were no pitchers or carafe for water or juices. I broke a bowl and informed the property manager, he was understanding. I told him I thought the kitchen was poorly equipped and mentioned all the above. He put plates and bowls in front of our door that evening. Unfortunately, he didn't understand my overall complaint. For the category of the apartment, the kitchen was completely inappropriately stocked! The bathroom shower splatters water quite far out. Perhaps there should be a floor cleaner like for glass, a squiggy. The parking is also not optimal. It was hard to get out when a car was parked in front of the left garage as we were told to park next to the stairs.

The bathroom is big with a great tub. The whole apartment is spacious and the balconies are enjoyable for the wonderful view!
