Not much not to like, but one quibble: the coffee. Both from the machine and from the pot wasn't so good. Hence, a wish for more variety in the tea selection. :) The bed and mattress is best for back sleepers, though okay for side sleepers (a mattress on top of a solid frame).

The views from our panoramic mountain view room were absolutely stunning. Rooms are spacious and bright. Well organized. Bathrooms are nicely done. Balconies are set back from the weather. Perfection! The entire property is beautiful. Werfengweng is wonderful, completely eco friendly. Our summer pass from the hotel let us go up the mountain for 7 days. An extra pass called the SOMO pass let's you use e vehicles, e bikes and more for free. We were excited to use the 7 seating bicycle but never had a chance! Breakfast was excellent. Cleaning was excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking in the garage was easy and so happily a big area underground (as opposed to some of the scary very tight fits we've found elsewhere in Europe). In addition to rooms, there are apartments on property for longer stays. We enjoyed our stay!

Shower in the room was not clean and draining was stuck. No coffee nor tee in the room which was crazy. Experience at the lobby bar was mind blowing, we ordered burgers, meat was like rubber overall food was not fresh and soaked in cheap oil, we left it, after we said that we didn’t liked it waiter never came back with the bill we had to go and search for other one, no offer to replace it or anything. The only thing is good there is beer. Nobody asked how was our stay at the checkout either, we were glad that we stayed only few nights.

Location is fantastic, lots of activities. SPA area was great, clean and quiet, sauna guy was amazing and offered two sauna sessions during the day. Rooms where spacious.

Not enough information given about hotel facilities on arrival it felt like everything was a guessing game, not one to help with luggage or no one to show you to your room and explain things. Swimming pool was very cold outside HOT tube spa also cold, and on BOTH nights there was a local party very close to the hotel that played very loud music with people shouting until 2:30am. When I called the reception and ask if it was going to stop I was told no English speaking and no one else can help me. When spending over 1000euros on 2 nights (just room and dinner) for a relaxing spa weekend this was very disappointing. oh and no air-con and no air-con and parties all night don't go down well (cant open the window)

Check out is 11 am and and check in is 15pm which is a bit annoying given the fact that we stayed at another hotel and check in was 11am. Moreover, cleaner knocks on the door at 9:30 checking if we are out… No restaurants around with limited options at the hotel Very cold stuff, literally you have to smile and greet them first which should be opposite. Very uncomfortable pillows…

Breakfast Garage suitable for electric cars, even though they charge 10€ for it. Which makes “parking” not free. Free water and juice in the mini bar

During check-in we were informed that we could use the spa the next day after check-out. No restrictions were announced. On the following day, after the checkout, at the reception they gave us special cards for the spa and we went down to the spa centre. After 10 minutes the hotel director came into the dressing room and kicked me and my wife out because some group rented the fully hotel and spa. It was a terrible experience. This hotel is not customer oriented, you feel like you are visiting someone at home and are completely unprotected.
