Didn't like the fact that restaurant was closing so early, but I suppose this is the price you pay for visiting off season!!! Not much of a choice for dinner after 9.0pm in the city.

Excellent location with amazing view of the lake, very modern, spacious and comfortable room with all amenities. Would love to go back.

I can honestly say everything was perfect

The staff were amazing always attentive and smiling, they seemed to genuinely enjoy their work The lake side views and garden was spectacular Breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for Noah served us at breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for him

The 2 elevators are slow and not enough for a hotel of this size.

Nice hotel with very friendly personal. The food was really delicious. Wide variation of tasty food at breakfast and fine dinning style dinner. The hotel has a nice own beach area with green grass, free sunbeds and umbrellas. Everything is clean and tidy. The surrounding is beautiful and there are lot of hiking destinations around.

Location was great! We enjoyed our access to Wörthersee. Food was excellent. Service was superb. Staff was very accommodating. Even our dog enjoyed her stay. Definitely a place to come back to!

Service in restaurant is difficult, not friendly, dinner in restaurant (half-board) was not good, only Kattus Prosecco. I expect in a 4 star hotel bigger choice of drinks (e.g. Prosecco, Wine…etc.)

The rooms had been modernised, however the bathrooms had been left out so did not match the modern room, looking very old and dated, very dirty tile grout looks like it had not had a deep clean in years. Over the bath shower. The breakfast was good, but given assigned seats in the restaurant so not able to get a nice view. I found frustrating and was told off by a member of staff when we did try to sit down somewhere else. TV broken, Lots of flies and bugs coming out of the A/C unit, tried to complain to the staff at the desk, however I think it got lost in translation as the staff took no action to the complaint or offer to swap rooms. In the end, it just did not offer good value for money which was a shame.

The hotel and grounds were in a very nice location on the lake. The spa was the best part. The boathouse restaurant was pretty good too. Staff were very kind, Mainly German spoken with some English depending on members of staff that were able to help me fill in my broken underused high school German.

*Pets are allowed BUT - Not in every type of room(this is not indicated anywhere), we were asked to cancel our booking! Although booking was made with my account and email address, my husband was contacted to cancel our booking which was also extremely weird. - If you have a pet, you are not allowed to use the beach on the left side, you’ll have to use the smaller area near to Saunas. - You are seated outside in a designated area on the right side of the terrace for dinner & breakfast and staff is being extremely rude while explaining these rules. *Bed was really uncomfortable. *Beach restaurant is mediocre and staff is unfriendly. *On the day of check-out, staff tried to enter our room to clean -multiple times- at 8 o’clock in the morning!!!
