There was nothing that I didn’t like, but the tent had a bit of a mold smell which can be disturbing if you are sensitive to it. WiFi was really weak, almost none existent, own data needed for basic stuff.

The family tent was spacious, had everything in it that you needed. Check in was friendly and efficient. The water park is a nice addition. Location was good to go to Byron Bay center as well as surrounding areas, by car.

Outside sitting location cushions were wet before arrived. Storage of these could have been put inside when not in use.

The bed is with a "matelas à mémoire de forme" ( in french in the text ) . Some personnes think it's the best, but I didn't . Bad luck !

Great little spot for families for the price. Kids loved the water park n trampoline. However rooms needs a bit more better quality furnishings, one chair fell apart when sat on it, it could have ended badly. A vacuum or broom in each room is also required as always bringing sand home. The laundry mat to clean your clothes is also expensive so make sure to bring lots of gold coins for that ! But otherwise it was a great little short stay accomadation for a family of 4. Thanks 😊

I HATED the way the beds were made, only fluffy blankets for the bunks and a really small quilt in between three sheets instead of in a cover, and you move 2mm and it made a huuuuge noise, not good when trying to be quiet with sleeping babies in the same room. Also the laundry was pretty dreary and dirty and the machines don’t lock so anybody can just come and take your stuff out and put there’s in so their clothes are dry (then put our stuff back in sopping wet) happened to us twice, it just shouldn’t happen, especially when you’re paying for it, very frustrating! I ended up going to another place in town to get all my clothes washed and dried properly

Great site for kids to run around and play in the water play park. The safari tent was very good, clean and spacious. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only criticism (which isn’t even really their fault) is that it’s far enough from town to make walking impractical, which meant we had to drive more than we would have liked.

Our deluxe lakeside cabin was much more spacious than we anticipated and the facilities for kids (pools, splash park, bouncing pillow) were unreal. The fact that Folk is at the entrance was a great bonus for us coffee lovers.

Far away from the city, beach, food etc., so if you don’t have a car or bike, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There was also no WiFi in our safari tent, which was not ideal.

Friendly and efficient reception staff. Lovely setting with wonderful waterplay areas, with adjacent, abundant comfortable seating. Convenient and clean laundry facilities.

WiFi didn't work in cabin. When booking it said property had WiFi, it needs to be clearer that cabins are not guaranteed to have WiFi as this caused inconvenience with work call. Bunk bed room could do with a carpet clean, bunks were quite springy, so we needed to put doona under for padding. However overall a good stay and experience and a nice quiet resort.

Water park, upgrade to 2 bedroom was appreciated, nice spread out park with cabins separate to caravans, Cafe next door really nice.

There is nothing in our control that could improve. The only things that could have been better was the sound and fruit fly control. Sadly the Tv was in so so condition, it glitched a couple of times and didn't have youtube. The main bed was too soft.

I really liked how secure it was . The cabin was cosy, the view was nice and the strict no smoking policy really made a great change towards the atmosphere. Very family friendly, couldn't say it better myself! Also it was near all the lovely places, staff were very nice.
