The rooms were quite small, the second bedroom was connected by bifolds to the main bedroom and the curtains didn’t reach all the way around, so it was as bright as daylight in there at night

It has an amazing pool, lush gardens and is very close to local shops and restaurants

The room is clearly dated and needs some TLC. A tv in the bedroom area would have been great.

Location was perfect and the price for the room was reasonable. The bed was comfy and the room was generally quite nice. Check in was clear and simple as was the parking.

Our washing machine didn't work from day one. We weren't offered an alternative machine to use, or alternative room to stay in. This meant we hand washed all our essential clothes each day.

Staff were very friendly. It was a perfect place to take the family on holiday. We will go back and recommend to friends and family.

Bed on wheels kept rolling: felt awkward

Great location on the esplanade and big apartment on the 4th floor facing the swimming pool. I chose Drift Palm Cove because of the swimming pool and I was not disappointed! It was big enough to do laps and get a proper swimming workout. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The room was little dark. Either brighter bulbs or lights in the fans would help. Some of the check in staff were a little 'abrupt' but we fortunately encountered a couple of great younger staff members throughout the week who were a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic pool. The location is fabulous and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The Drift has a real resort feel.

The 2nd bedroom was very much joined to the first without its own light, fan or aircon. The bathroom did not have a window or an extraction fan.

Setting is amazing with mature melaleuca tress and a great lagoons style pool.

The curtains in our room were old and needed a refresh. The beds were uncomfortable.

Pool was awesome. The pool is in full shade for the afternoon, which was great for our family as we didn’t want to be in full sun whilst swimming. The location is prefect, close to everything we needed.

There is nothing I didn’t like

The pool was fantastic though a little too shady for my liking. It was close to many restaurants, cafes and bars!

the single beds pushed together to make a king size bed. Both mattresses were very saggy and the bed linen didn’t fit properly

The pool the location were great. Things like coffee and sugar weren’t replenished regularly. Could have been Claire.

The room itself was very tired and needed a refresh, bed was uncomfortable, holes in ceiling, not enough towels for stay unless you paid extra, pool was quite chilly as it wasn’t heated

Everything was honestly great.

The location was fabulous, the pool area was lovely, the staff were really friendly, and the room was clean, comfortable, with everything we needed, and a beautiful outlook over the pool.
