You could hear other guests very easily. Not soundproof at all. Some things in the bathroom weren’t cleaned very well - for example around the tap handles, tiles in shower and the toilet flush but overall generally ok

Staff were a bit hit and miss.. Some staff were absolutely lovely and some staff were not.

The feel of the resort was lovely. Great access to rides as you choose. The room was spacious, and daily fresh towels were greatly appreciated .Do not stay here if you wish a break away from kids as it is a family orientated resort..

The children’s room was out of action and there were no shuttle buses to and from the airport and theme parks.

The reception didn’t answer several of my calls and little information given about the facilities. The room could have been cleaned better with bedside tables ect not being cleaned in between.

The breakfast was good maybe alittle expensive for what it was it would be great if there was better deals with guests that stay the Japanese restaurant was amazing and service was wonderful

There's nothing we didn't like. However, on sunny and hot days (as we experienced during our stay), we believe it would be better to have more sitting options in the shade as they're very limited. I had a very bad sunburn one day, even though I applied sunscreen many times.

It has a family-oriented environment, many options for dining (Japanese, Italian, buffet, a la carte), a fantastic water park, lifeguards at all times at the swimming pool, movie nights, kids disco parties, well-cleaned bedrooms, direct access to Sea World park, and so much more. Chef Bruna at the eggs station in the breakfast buffet was caring and welcoming and made perfect omelets. We had a unique and life-lasting experience! Our kids (7 and 10 years old) loved everything, especially the pancakes and big Nutella pot station! :) We'll return for sure.

Not having breakfast included in the room cost made mornings very expensive. The buffet breakfast wasn’t amazing considering the cost.

At the new year celebration there were no parking for the people staying in the hotel and we had to park our car on an external street around the park and then go around 2am to park it inside the facilities.

Check in issue as noted above, the wifi was poor and it was best to have it off to order in room dining, some paint needs replenished on the bathroom cabinets, the iron holder fell off the wall, tv services need updated, staff need training on using the gift card.

Location was great, especially for sea world access, I was told I would get a text when the room was ready, that didn’t happen, first check in was not done properly I was told, the foyer is grand and splendid, the reception staff were polite, the buffet at shoreline was really good, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean.

Not much. It is a big premises so it takes a while to get around. The driers in the laundry were a bit slow. But otherwise we loved our stay.

This is a great place for families. The splash pad is fun. The pool is good, but not heated. The lifeguards at the pool were very on to it and scanned the area very well. We loved the extras, like face painting at dinner, movie nights, meet and greet characters. Friendly staff and although there were lots of people staying, it never felt too busy

Rooms are a bit dated. Touch upstairs needed, non matching glasses, and a bit of maintenance. Very expensive.

Waste of money at the restaurant as the kids food was disgusting, my kids didn't touch their food after one bite, so had to have fast food whilst staying there.
