Not having any acknowledgement of either of my kids birthdays from the Resort at all throughout our stay, even though it was communicated in advance and re-confirmed face to face upon check-in, that the purpose of our stay was as a birthday celebration for both of the kids?? Also, having 2 identical (but completely random amounts)nearly $1000 amounts held against my account for a week wasn't a highlight, especially when I also paid over $1700 on top at checkout, with no attempt at any sort of compensation offered or negotiated.

The location was great and the variety of food options was great (although the Teppanyaki is booked out for weeks in advance). The splash pads and pool were good fun.

We scored a great deal to stay at the resort with entry to all 3 VR theme parks. The staff at the hotel were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. The room was well appointed for a short stay and spotlessly clean. The bed I slept in was a little uncomfortable and the air con struggled a bit - but it was super hot. The buffet breakfast was fabulous, the pool amazing - especially for little kids. The boat shed bar and grill had yummy food for reasonable prices. You can enter the theme park from the resort. It was a great little getaway and I will 100% do it again. The kids LOVED it!

Staff is some times not nice and helpful especially when young man doesn't try to understand foreigner english. I suppose that he understands but try to show his superiority over foreigners. It's sad because Australians are usually more friendly and open. I will add that this man himself comes from Asia, because of his appearance, so he should try to understand foreigners. Moreover, the hotel is extremely expensive for such a standard, from the room to the food. But they can afford it because people will come to them anyway...

Booking.com made a mistake of not clearly indicating that the breakfast buffet wasn't included. You made it so confusing that we needed to pay a discount rate instead of all inclusive in the package we paid online. Anyway, given the excellent service we received at sea world resort and this is nothing to do with the resort.

Sea world resort is fantastic especially after the renovation. We got a free room upgrade and can enjoy the views of water park and pools. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the gym, water park and pool, all very clean and well maintained.

Kids loved the water play facilities, we loved being able to eat/drink nearby while watching them play. Breakfast was fantastic, filled us up for long days spent at the amusement parks! Loved being able to walk into SeaWorld!

Cleanliness of the room can be better as I see some stains on the carpets. Some parts of the SeaWorld park are under mantaince.

My kids like the facilities in the resort. Especially the pool. We like the live band at the restaurant.

Room was dusty when we arrived, housekeeping only kept things neat and ‘look’ clean rather than actually clean the room. Our room was never vacuumed during our five night stay. Other than this, everything else was great!

The parking....... as the resort had very little parking considering the size of it and the number of guests it can accommodate. No cooking facilities in your room, not even a microwave, which would have been handy to help with cost as the nightly price is not cheap. Having to eat out every night makes the holiday expenses add up. Take full advantage of the buffet breakfast so you won't want to eat a lot during the day. They held a couple of functions during our stay and closed the kids' splash park, which we weren't happy about, we paid a lot to saty here, and we expected to be able to use all the facilities to only be told it had to be closed as they thought guest may have gotten wet sitting in the boat house bar and grill. Maybe they should consider a different spot to hold functions.

What a great place to stay. My family and I had the play and stay package. Theam Park tickets and buffet breakfast were included for the duration of our 7 night stay. The room was serviced with fresh towels, beds made, and most of the time, tea coffee and milk were replenished daily. The pool and splash park were just fabulous for our 4 year old and great WiFi. There are plenty of on-site options for meals. Free pool side towels were also great. They only had to be returned when finished. On-site lanudary was also a bonus. The staff were all very helpful and friendly

Staff are too buzy so they don't talk too much and they can't help. buffet is very buzy, and the chef is buzy too. The chef has no smile, nothing on the face.i can understand he is buzy all the time but little smile helps..

Theme park is good,very near to the room and outside area was good especially swimming are lobby area.very good atmosphere in the night.
