The room we were in was dated and in need of redoing. The kids zone was closed while we were there and the activities that were advertised didn’t run with no explanation.

We booked premium queen room with view including entry to theme parks. Our room is facing the swimming pool. 2 double beds were in room but when we checked in they provide extra bed for my 1 year baby! Really appreciate for that! Call center & receptionist are very helpful. Free parking on spot. Value for money if family would like to visit theme parks. As they offer includes 4 attractions ; seaworld, movie world, wet n wild, and paradise country! Our children really enjoyed morning swim before checking out! Lots of fun. There's also games arcades as well.

The rooms looks a bit old and run down especially the bathroom

Breakfast and dinner was awesome. The place looks a bit older and run down than expected. Given the price we would thought it’ll be a bit modern. Swimming area are great for families.

The double bed’s were shocking and old. Springs dug into your back. Zero comfort.

Our room was in a bad position with no view except for a concrete wall.We were there for 3 days and they did not have all the rides operating due to needing service. This was a lie as they obviously did this to save on staff wages so the line up on the rides was too long as they used one ride on 1 day and then closed it for "servicing" and opened another 1 the next day.

This resort is FULL of young children. It is very very noisey everywhere and at all times. We had screaming loud partying children in the room next door and above. We couldn't even relax and watch a movie. I was on a special mother daughter holiday with my 23 year old and the noise was very stressful. If you have noisey young children you'll love it. If not you might hate it there.

Absolutely beautiful resort lovely rooms and in a gorgeous location. The grounds and pools are idyllic. A great alternative to the surfers paradise skyrise hotels. Wonderful to have unlimited access to seaworld we loved it there and had multiple visits as it's right next to resort.

The rooms aren’t the cleanest, they had a damp smell. The carpets in the rooms were filthy. The curtains in the room had a bad smell. The aircon was rattling.

Not enough staff for long line at 2pm check in time. Expensive rate for room size. Too many young kids running up & down stairs making noise at night.

Finding a carpark can be difficult, particularly at night.

The room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the access to the theme parks and being able to access seaworld via the resort; it was very handy. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Shoreline restaurant. The room service was also great.

Bedrooms need an update . Old facilities. Specially the park wing bedrooms. Restaurants close to early at 8:30pm. Breakfast too busy with a big queue from 8 to 9am

Comfy beds, great breakfast, the kids love the waterpark and swimming pool. There are good restaurants options on site , the GF and vegan chocolate cake was awesome! Great views of the Bay . Perfect Location for sea world and for relaxing . The vibe is great too! Quiet and peaceful. Good gym.

Food is extremely expensive. More afforadble buffer breakfast will make it perfect.

Excellent service, location and amenities. Theme parks entry included. Kids had a blast. Car parking was easy. Activities within the resort and sea world were amazing and kept the kids busy.
