We requested early check in which we have previously had done by sea world resort. Upon arrived we were told it can’t be guaranteed and that we would have to wait until 3pm. The room was still dirty and there was no accommodating to people arriving early even though they stated they could see the request there.

Stayed at sea world a few times and loved it every time. Facilities are great, very accommodating to families and children. Staff are usually quite good at accommodating to requests.

The lift should be working in the Garden wing, but it was broken. We used stairs with all the luggage

The receptionist Zhar was really helpful and friendly. The room and amenities are fantastic, and the access to theme parks are worth the money. Small kids will definitely enjoy on the resort itself There are also inhouse restaurants so it way convenient

No utensils or anything to use in room. The mini fridge, was to small and nothing in there either not even water. Toasties from the downstairs bar weren't very well made.

Beds were comfortable, great location. Staff were lovely, fast and efficient. Good value for money. Shoreline Restaurant was great and staff were great.

Rooms a little dated now days. Our door lock went flat and we were locked out of the room waiting for maintenance for 20 minutes. Hallways are dirty and full of sand

Great pool for kids! Access to SeaWorld theme park via the back of the park which is nice and handy. Saves having to wait in line at the front of the park.

Resort is a good 15 minute walk to sea world.

We stayed at bay wing . The rooms were small but comfortable. swimming area for kids was good and had plenty of activities for kids. The food and beverage manger and shoreline restaurant manager and the concierge and the front desk were very accommodating and helpful.

The resort was very busy so there was a lot of time spent waiting in ques for breakfast, to get drinks and checking. This was not relayed to us when we were checking in. It put a bit of a damper on the holiday.
