The staff seems to me a bit amateur. When I arrived at the hotel (late at night), I was check by the receptionist to wait a couple of minutes until she finished calculating the finances of the day before she could assist me with check in. The restaurant is rather boujee, but doesn't offer a menu in English nor in French (only language available is Dutch). These are details, but for the price I'm paying I expect a little more in return.

I've stayed at the M hotel several times now (for work purposes). The room I got allocated on this most recent trip was the best one so far. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and overseeing the lake and the bathroom was nice and modern.

Not actually double beds but 2 singles pushed together although i understand why this is. Door had issues closing which resulted in the alarm going off but if you make sure to close it your fine.

Apart from the room utilising two single beds put together, it was comfortable clean and pleasent, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldnt hesitate in booking again - the resataurant was great and the staff were fantastic.

the hotel needed a bit of a clean up/investment as slightly tired.

Our pillows were so soft and therefore uncomfortable.

The staff were so friendly, and we really enjoyed the evenings meals we had there. Rooms were spotless, with really nice decor ; toiletries supplied were brilliant quality too.

The sink in the bathroom was kind of smelly. And my boyfriends matras was a bit too soft. For me it was perfect!

Instead of a double bed, the room had two single beds pushed together with a thin mattress on top. This resulted in the beds moving apart during the night. The consequence was that the beds were not comfortable at all.

I didn’t feel the room was as such as a 4 star. It was incredibly basic, no headboard!? Tv on stand not on wall so couldn’t be viewed easily from bed, and not 1 English Channel. I didn’t like the room. That being said it was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. Breakfast is good, lots of options, generally a nice vibe to the hotel

No kettle only little cups for an expresso coffee a small coffee maker, we don’t drink coffee which meant unless you paid €20 for breakfast you can’t have a drink in the morning. The restaurant was just a small very menu.

My room smelled like sewage pipes. It had AC but it was incredibly loud, to be point i had to turn it off to be able to sleep. There were no covers in the bed or in the wardrobe; I slept with a single linen covering me, which I thought was uncomfortable.

The room was nice and big; the shower was good.

It was very hot, and the portable air conditioning was struggling a bit to make the room temperature comfortable. Out of a heat wave, the hotel must be really nice ! We will be back !

Be aware no airco in guest room, which made our room despite the open small window very hot and kept us from a nice night rest unfortunately
