It should be mandatory to use a towel in the Sauna ( with the exception of steam sauna). The majority of guests don't do that. At check out, you have to wait, so that a cleaning lady can check, if the guest used the minibar or the coffee machine. This adds a relatively long waiting time, when 3-4 rooms check out at the same time. Additionally, it leaves a bad taste, when the guest's word is not sufficient.

The spa and the inner pool were a bit overcrowded and not very cosy.

Good location, vast and comfortable room, good bed and mattress. The food was very tasty and there was a big variety of dishes, fruit and vegetables, and desserts. The masseurs in the spa are really skilled.

The spa is good but its not big enough for such a big hotel. It was crowded. All the staff is very helpful and polite, however, the ladies at the reception did not smile once. The room was and clean, with nice bed but you can see here and there that the place needs better maintenance.

Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing view, awesome breakfast and overall good food and service, beautiful restaurant with good menu and great staff. The most beautiful lobby i have seen. There is a free parking and free wifi. Overall, good price for what you get.

We enjoyed the perfect location, friendly staff, excellent facilities and nice, relaxing atmosphere. Stunning sea views, sunrises and sunsets. The Pomorie lake natural resources are a real treasure and add an unique value to this lovely hotel, the spa and medical centre making the most of it, with the expertise of Dr Shishkov and the whole team of professionals. We spent an unforgettable week, feeling well looked after-clean rooms, good food, revitalising spa, thanks to the professional staff of the reception, restaurant, spa and medical center. Food choices and variety very good but some cooked choices for breakfast barely warm. Reception staff need to be welcoming to guests not just business like. Every item in room had a price which probably explained why we had to wait until minibar and room checked by housekeeping when checking out - again reception staff unfriendly.

Spa facilities which where, by the rules of hotel, only for older then 14 yrs. where overwhelmed with small children, toddlers some of them with dippers with lot of noise, jumping and running all around. Not convenient at all for spa facilities.

Balcony and the entire exterior area of the hotel was infested by flies! Bathroom needs improvement. Room needs improvement too. Furniture is old and need to be changed. This is not by far a 5 star hotel, maybe a 4 star with indulgence.

Inside & outside pool's, sauna's & jacuzzi were OK but needs to be renovated. TV is too small for the big room. International TV channels via satellite. Wi-Fi was OK. Personel was polite.

Some parts of the hotel could do with a little renovation and while most of the staff, especially at the restaurant, was perfect, there were a couple who weren't very interested in being welcoming.

Perfect place right at a great beach, all rooms with sea view and great spa facilities! The massages were divine and the salt pool took years off me! Very relaxing atmosphere and within easy walking distance of the town.

The parking space of the hotel was to small so we had to park somewhere else. The receptionist didn't know english so she couldn't explain to us where the second parking space was. On the first night there the floor where we ha dour room smelled awful.

The hotel had a grate spa area, with lots of things to try. That is where we spent most of our time. The hotel also had a direct bridge to the beach. The breakfast was amazing; it had a lot of variety.

The shower was choked up but didn’t stop from using the bathtub hence was not much of an issue. The property need’s refurbishment since it looks like it’s been a while. Its more of a legendary type property.

A 5 star hotel which provides all facilities within the 5 star category. 5 minutes from the beach and close to supermarkets and other restaurants. Its 20 min from Burgas airport/railway station. Dinner,Breakfast was interesting with multiple options and good spread with recurring fillings. Drinks are chargeable which is obvious. Room is too spacious and all have the sea view. Has a bathtub and shower cabin with minibar. Air conditioning is OK but the sea breeze itself suffices. A good sized balcony comes with the room.
