for us we struggled with the stairs so if you are unfit like us try and get a room on the first floor The menu was not big but the dishes were good and well presented

Breakfast was nice was the type of breakfast you would expect in Bulgaria. Great location very close to the beach and with the help of google maps found the hotel very easily

It’s at the bottom of the hill , so you have to be fit to climb the hills .

Nothing! Everything was as perfect as you can imagine! From the location to the area and the staff.

The hotel is literally 30 steps from the beach! Lovely place, within 3 min walk from everything you can imagine, shops, restaurants, 24h pharmacy, and most important, less than one minute from my room to the beach. This is without any doubt the cleanliest hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel all the time.

The internet connection was weak and on the 3rd floor never worked, the router not connected to the outer world; the manager advised to use the reception connection, however it was not sufficient for a video meeting on TEAMS, so I needed to use the mobile data, at least the mobile connection is good, no flaws, crystal clear. It is annoying though, as I wanted to use my stream channels for a movie night but it's impossible due to wi-fi issues. In Bulgaria all the channels are dubbed and if you are not a native, the TV is useless. That is my only recommendation for the management: please consider that a small thing easily to acquire such as a good internet access will round up beautifully the comfort offered to your guests, comfort to which you already dedicated a great deal of efforts.

I had a parking place on arrival, hotel accepts cash and card payment, checking-in and out was simple and straight-forward, location of the hotel is very convenient close to the beach, corner-shop across the street that accepts card-payment too, the hotel has its own restaurant but are plenty of dinner places, all sorts, fast-food, take-away, local or international (Italian, Greek, Turkish, Asian and Oriental), fine dining included if you are after (in the yachts-marina), all in a walk-range. The resort has a shopping street packed with a shops and restaurants which is busy evening time if you like crowds and dressed up people. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed and bedsheets changed 2 daily; common area was maintained clean at all times and the dinning terrace was set on around a side of the piscine. The hotel looks lime a family business and feels homie and feels restful enough, of course, pending on the population at the time, All-in-all, provides comfortable accommodation and amenities, well balanced at the price. The manager speaks good English and will try to answer all your queries and to provide useful information should you need it. The breakfast is enough and suits most of the tastes although I am not sure for special diets (vegans, pescatarians, halal/kosher, and other special regimes); to us, normal non-picky people, looked more than plenty and the espresso offered was a good completion, thank you.

A children camp is in the front of the hotel, over the road and from 7.00pm to 10.00pm the music from there is loud.this was not a big problem but at the hotel a singer played at pianine beautifull music and cannot listen clear because the music from camp is loud.

Hotel is situated at 50m, 1minute to the closest beach, and 10minutes to walk to the port. The staff was so polite, the room was cleaned at two days, the pool is perfect, with clean water everytime.

It was really noisy in the evenings, and lots of light coming from the street. The bathroom and the fridge needed some serious cleaning.

I had breakfast one morning. Good deal for the price (5 leva). The pool was clean and relatively free, since there weren't many guests. The internet connection was decent.
