I was suferred a bit the lower preasure of water in the shower but nothing which would ruin my stay. Also the table chair could be more comfortable like with back rest.

Stayed in the hotle repeatedly many times and always can say worth to be there. The hotel staff is friendly and proffesional making the stay pleaseant for the guests. Breakfast was providing good selection of th eloacal and international food. Room was spacy enough and especially good was room lightning.

Location, Facilities , Casino

The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff at the reception was ok and she told us that the swimming pool was included in the price and when we went to the swimming pool the girls at the reception told us that we had to pay extra. I told her that her colleague told us that it is included at the price and she let us in without paying. It wasn't the extra cost it was what she said. Everything else was perfect except the breakfast that i think that is was little poor for the size of the hotel.The casino was excellent and it was perfect that we doesn't need to taka car to go!!

I had a very special stay here, what made it wonderful was the kindness and care of the staff who were absolutely superb. There were lots of facilities too. A fabulous swimming pool and lovely spa. The property is very near to the historical centre. Smashing!

Very large rooms, and good sized beds.. We were given rooms on the 8th floor so away from the sound of any activity around the main lobby where there is access to the Casino, and night clubs. Free Parking, with number plate recognition, which made leaving and returning to the hotel very simple. The hotel gave us free use of the pool, which was a big bonus. On the whole, a very comfortable and pleasant stay

I`m more of a person that enjoys a hard bed and hard pillow. I guess next time I should mention these things while making the booking. The magnetic swapping cards did not always work or stopped working but the amazing ladies at the reception always helped us out.

After having a poor experience with booking.com`s payment processing system, the stay at this Hotel made things better. The team at the Hotel was amazing: helpful, amazing, asking us for feedback, if things are alright, the small things that make up for a big thing. The aqua facilities were great, my kid enjoyed the swimming pool, the sauna was awesome and the lady doing massages had magic palms and fingers. The parking was great, going in and out a breeze. At the same time the breakfast was worth it and diverse.

Everything was fine. Large rooms comfortable beds excellent view from the rooms giving to the city. Very large lobbies with restaurants, cafeterias small pool. Very good value for money.

The staff is not well trained in hospitality work. Towels are unnecessarily changed every day, instead of giving a guest an option and save water, but room is not vacuumed or sink washed.

Very friendly staff. Got an upgrade for the Spa, too, which was so nice. It is absolutely clean everywhere and the breakfast buffet is HUGE. Also the fair ground is just more or less across the street and the city center is also in close reach by foot. Can just recommend this place.
