The changing rooms in the indoor pool area was disgusting and extremely slippery, they had overbooked so too many guests for amount of staff so long queues for drinks up to almost an hour and waiting for tables to sit for meals and no clean crockery , booked deluxe room which had terrible view and very noisy from construction work all day long plus brown stains on carpet in bedroom

Parking 25lvl per night, beach towels 20 lvl, our room was very very cold (we stayed on october) and we got flu, very tired workers in restaurant and at lobby bar.

Cocktails, maybe drinks in general. staff were a bit rude. Outside was a bit messy, but it was end of the season, so maybe understandable. Worst thing was, drinks and outdoor snacks in plastic cups and "plates". Cups were from cheap, thin plastic- very squishy.

I didn’t like family room , 2 rooms one with a broken door , other one with broken curtain , didn’t get our room cleaned on second day, food wasn’t great but depends what you like has plenty of choice but mostly wasn’t very hot

The facilities are very good , with kids pool and park and swimming pools , spa is good , right on beach ,supermarket outside

Its very noisy in the diningroom, spesially in the 1th floor. Small poolarea outside, not much sunbeds. They must keep the "towelmafia" away.

I got a big room with a big balcony with seawiev, kept very clean. Nice staff and good food.

The parking lot is at the other end of the hotel and every time you want to leave or enter the parking lot, you have to call the hotel staff to come around and open the padlock on the gate, because there is no ramp or something similar that would make it easier to get in and out of the parking lot.

It could be noisy in the annex buildings due to the proximity of the pools and the music in the evenings. Not a single lounge chair by the pool was available 3 days in a row.

Renovated rooms, balcony, a/c, wifi was ok, somewhat weak signal at times, pools, all-inclusive, food was excellent with very few exceptions, drinks could be better, staff were helpful. There was direct access to the dunes and beach.

No formal bar area and no wine selection house red wine in every bar from a tap we were unable to drink although at dinner bottles of red wine we available were acceptable.

I didn’t t like that you have to pay extra for the beach beds and umbrella. Also, this is more about the people: a lot of the customers leave their towels early in the morning to”reserve “ spots at the pools, which technically it is not allowed, but the hotel staff doesn’t do anything about that. The cocktails at the bars are not that great.

Great rooms, very spacious and clean. Cleaning staff was there every day. Great location, very close to the beach. The food was really tasty and there are a lot of dishes to choose from.

The cleaning in the room is not done daily and in the parking lot extra money is required to take care of the car.

The hotel is close to the beach and you can rent sunbeds. The food was good and varied. The pool was clean and very big. Overall the vacation was a success.

The water of the pools are cold. In the morning and at night there wasn’t cold water so it was impossible to set the temperature, so we couldn’t have a shower.

We had a nice holiday there, it is perfect for families.

The staff was pretty stiff, especially the bar keepers...the pool area not so clean, but maybe because of all the families with children. It bothered me when i asked for a glass with ice for water, and they said they can only give you ice for alcohol, that to me was very opposite to hospitality! And the way he said it...for that, i give 2 stars🙄

I very much liked the room( deluxe with sea view), the bed was so comfortable, the water pressure/ temperature was very good, the room was cleean, the view was amazing( u could see the sunrise just in front of you)

Food was not tasty, also a lot of condiments were added to mask the bad quality. No grills, very few healthy options. The meat was very badly cooked. Drinks were all low cost, nothing special.
