How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The facitlies in the rooms are lovely and up to standard. I could have rated the hotel 11 stars if there is a column for it. Staff are approachable and they respond to quests almost immediately. Location is fantastic - lots of greenery and amazing views. 5-6 min to main city points of interest.

The coffee machine was positioned in front of the kitchen door which caused problems when staff was queuing for drinks and staff were in and out of the kitchen.
The spa facilities and spa treatments were very enjoyable. The rooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

Breakfast very nice. Decent variety of food. Location little bit far from centre but with car it wasn't a problem. Very nice family room, spacious with great view.

Disliked · The musics at the breakfast at the dinner area. I don't know why but they keep playing kind of disco music 07:00 in the morning at the breakfast. It's not loud but still annoying.
It was my first stay in the hotel. Amazing hotel. Over the last 2 years I have stayed in 13 different hotel and accommodation in Plovdiv and the Landmark Hotel is far the best between all. Amazing breakfast ( I really mean it. The variety of the buffet is really nice) by the garden, huge room, clean bathroom, really comfortable beds.

Slowest elevators in the universe. No indoors pool.
The overall experience meets the expectations for a 4-star hotel. Clean, fresh and big rooms, nice furniture, luxury bathrooms with fancy tiles and music in the ceiling. Awesome view towards the water. Nice breakfast in a spacious restaurant which was never overcrowded during my stay. Free parking

Absolutely nothing!
Everything! It's such a gem, we always stay here on the way to Turkey. Short drive from the motorway, amazing staff, amazing facilities, beautiful, super clean rooms, pool if you have time, delicious food, absolutely perfect

Staff is extremely helpful. Free parking. Strong wi fi. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good enough. House keeping is so good and helpful. Location is perfect. Not in the city centre but max. 10 BGN for a taxi ride to the old town. Every single staff can speak English. What to say, I guess it was my 10th visit to this lovely hotel and I don't think I will replace it. Special thanks to amazing team of the hotel.

i only didnt like they didnt let me do late check out coz of fully reserved but rest all good see you next time landmark , but same side of room please !! :))
