Quite a lot mosquitos in the area. We had dinner outside in the restaurant one evening and the mosquitos spoiled the otherwise nice dinner. I recommend not to take a room with balcony in this hotel because of the mosquitos.

Perfect location for us, just a couple of kilometers from City centre. Very high end place just beside a pond with rowing activities going on. Nice swimming pool behind the building. Very nice and clean room with view to the pond/lake. They also had a restaurant on the ground floor with outside seating too. Very affordable related to the high standard.

Really nice hotel, not first time we are visiting. Friendly and helpful staff. Super cool swimming pool with nice music and drinks from the bar. Lovely atmosphere at all. Location is great too, you can walk or hire a bike and cycle around the rowing channel. Nice restaurant, tasty food and breakfast. We go back again for sure.

The swimming pool could have been a little warmer, but this was nothing to really complain about, as it would be a bonus on a very hot Plovdiv day. Important to remember Mosquito repellents due to the water in this location, but this is to be expected.

The hotel was extremely clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, with a lot speaking english. The room itself was again very clean, roomy and well decorated, and kept to a high standard. A good view of the rowing lake was available from the balcony.

Someone must teach the hotel employees, how to talk, behave and serve the quests. Hospitality is about warm welcoming and friendly behavior, making quests feeling like their home. And more than that!!! It is called Total Quality Management.

High quality decoration and facilities with helpful staff and easy parking on site. Great balcony poolside views and excellent attention from the lifeguard providing lounger cushions and parasols.

Some off the staff could have smiled a bit more (especially waiting staff) and could do with plugs for sinks in rooms to avoid wasting so much water when shaving.

Amazing hotel and location with the creek just outside which was lovely for walks and just looking at. Facilities were great, very clean (lovely smell in reception area) and breakfast was lovely.

This location is a gathering point for motorbikers and it could get quite noisy both during the day and at night. We stayed at an apartment and the toilet was in the bedroom, so everyone had to pass through the bedroom to use the toilet. Quite uncomfortable.
