Our biggest issue was the meals - I call it survival food because some days was tasteless (not every day), we ate because we needed to eat but without a huge pleasure. There were days and days. The barbecue was tasty but didn't function every day. Another small minuses are that not so many facilities: they have a pool and a pool bar but dont have a beach bar, dont have gym, the reception isnt very big and can become busy if many tourists checkin and there was no animators when we stayed there.

We arrived around 2 hours earlier before checkin but they were nice to give us the room keys in advance (we are a big family so we booked 2 rooms). Being in vacation with a baby we started cleaning and dissinfecting the rooms, but the surprise was that the rooms were already very clean (huge plus for them). The location is exceptional, right in the middle of the resort, but isn't crowded or noisy, with lots of green areas, is just perfect.

Food was ok but nothing exceptional, nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing really tasty. Tastiest food that they had was ice cream :| Very few sunbeds near the pools. Very few and poor chiiced for kids playground.

It was good but only conpared to the small amount of money spent. Basically, I liked the proces.

Always had to keep the fan on in the bathroom as to avoid bad smell coming into the room.

Great food at the restaurant, daily diversity. The views around the location were splendid, clean room good facilities. Good options for visiting around the location, so you don't really depend on a car.

We received first a room without A/C, and the expectations were to have a room with bunk bed for the children. The description and pictures of the room wasn’t really the same as the room we received.

Close to the beach and the center, cleaned every day. We didn’t got the room from description, Twin with bunk bed, but we got a new room with A/C, first one had also bathroom door not closing and the balcony door glass cracked, and the Air Conditioning non functional.

Rooms need some renovations: the furniture was outdated (the bed headboard was made out of eco leather that was desintegrating), there was a bad smell in the bathroom (mold, I guess), wi-fi didn’t work for most of the time. Also, almost egg-based dishes had egg shells in them :)

Great location, very close to the beach. Food was pretty good, but almost the same every day. Shower was clean and there were no problems with hot water as we encountered in other hotels. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff was friendly and nice.

The eating area is spacious and there were some signs but despite that there was little social distancing among the guests.

Amazing location. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk, as well as the main resort street. Fantastic food (mostly Bulgarian cuisine). . Staff friendly and polite even though you could tell they were very busy. Very good with changing towels and bed sheets. Animators team at the nearby hotel and in general the area was full of things to do for children. We had an excellent stay. Can recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bartender from the lobby was ...awful.Very rude with the guests.

The accomodation was fast and overall the staff was nice , the food was ok and the location perfect especially for the families with small kids.

Some things inside the room and in the hotel lobby need to be replaced or repaired. The wi-fi signal is not strong enough in the rooms which is not acceptable these days. No massage service even though it's mentioned as a hotel facility. The majority of staff needs to have English lessons😉.

The hotel staff is nice and well intended. The hotel is really closed to the beach and have a good swimming pool too. The room is large enough.

Excellent location, good food and spacious room. Very kind staff, especially the guy at the reception Vrasimir who helped us with a problem, the car battery died and in a few hours he arranged that a new battery was delivered to us în Albena. Thank you again Vrasimir. See you again next year.

The only remark I have is that there were not enough trash cans in the lobby and near the pool.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is 1min from the beach which is perfect if you are with small children.

The food is tasteless. The staff looks exhausted. A real chef in the kitchen would make all the diffrence. The drinks were very poor quality but this was something l expected.

The room was tidy. The beach was great.
