Very late breakfast - only from 8AM. What we didn't like is lack of plates, cutlery, frying pan - kitchen was completely empty. Even asked at the reception but was told no "such kitchenware is available" - then why there such kitchen even exists in the apartment? In a similar way they could empty the swimming pool and say that swimming pool is available, but there is no water in it. Beds very very tough.

Breakfast was good - however very late served.

Floor carpet worn out and a bit dirty. Very small fridge. No microwave oven (I knew that prior to making the booking).

Very spacious room and bathroom. Big and cheap (10BGN/day) private parking, card for entrance. Big balcony with 2 entrances. Huge window in front of the bed, with view to the forest - awesome way to wake up. Rather quiet, in spite of the main road being right behind the small forest area in front of the window.

Apartment is very spacious, but is outdated and need renovation if owner would like to have better quality guests next summer.

I must note that staff from the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was served in the room and was plentiful.

The rooms are not well cleaned at all!!!!! The furniture pieces are all dusty, the carpet is stained and so is the couch. As soon as you walk out of the elevator, an old stained and overused carpet greets you(at least at the 6th flood) The staff MUST know at least the basic knowledge in english so they can comunicate with the clients The pool is opened, but the bar and the restaurant its not, and from my point of view, a cold cocktail at the pool is all you need in a sunny day( at least they warned us that the bar its closed) The yard its filled with leafs from the trees, and the wind drives them in the pool The kitchenette was kind of dirty too, there were oil stains near the stove Overall, it was not a great experience for us, it was good, a 7 from 10. The hotel itself deserves less as its not well cleaned and it’s kind of neglected, you can see that some time ago, it was really a paradise. What’s great there is the staff, which makes the accomodation better.

The staff is very friendly, even though they dont understand english at all, they used google translate and wrote on a piece of paper the numbers and answered all of our questions Parking here its cheap - 6BGN/day The A/C was already turned on when we arrived and the temperature was pretty good The distance between the beach and the hotel it’s not that big, you can reach the beach by foot in 10 mins The swimmimg pool is opened and the water its ok We had a kind of a view at the sea from our room The balcony its big and has some privacy The cleaning staff came everyday and changed our towels and the garbage was taken daily The kitchenette is okay and equipped with all you need to cook, the fridge its on point and keeps the drinks cold.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The pool was clean. A lot of trees around and because of that the air was very fresh at night. We had wifi in the room even though it was not a faicility.

The distance from the hotel to the beach is very steep. The restaurant was closed and there is no other one close. No market close at night.

Old hotel that desintegrates, pool has lots of fallen tiles, the parking is not next to the hotel. And the most important, the hotel is not in Golden Sands, it is outside the village, next to the national road, a very noisy area with lots of trucks and loud motorcycles. Poor pillows, one bed was made of tho old mattresses on the floor.

Large room and balcony, working TV and air conditioning, decent breakfast (except the coffee).

On our stay even though the rooms looked okay the bed sheets and furniture caused me and my partner a lot of skin irritation, which made us decide to leave the property the same day. When we asked for a refund or partial refund at the reception they told us to call booking support so that they refund us.The receptionists seemed to not care at all. The location is extremely far away from the beach and city center it takes you 20 minutes to go down and when you want to come back from the beach you have to go up a giant hill.

The pool is not as large as in the pictures. The sunbeds are uncomfortable, the location of the hotel is far from the beach. there is no possibility to buy a coffee or to have a snack at the hotel/pool.

The only good thing would be the spacious apartment that we stayed in.

The location isn't great. It takes 15 minutes to the beach by walk. And when you are coming back you have climb the road.

The rooms were great - spacious, clean and had all the necessary for cooking/eating, etc. spending time with friend there. There is parking.
