it was a little dirty in the bathroom - hair on the shower stall, on the faucet, floor, etc.

We choose this hotel for two reasons: firstly, the location in the city center, and secondly, the time of our arrival in Plovdiv (at 3 am). We checked in quickly, there was a nice girl at the reception. The room was spacious, you have a coffee machine and capsules for morning coffee at your disposal - this was very useful! We liked it, it's a great hotel for the money.

Needed to change the room because of weak WiFi signal. But it was made possible by the friendly staff. Suggest to invest in a secure WiFi connection as the location and category make this hotel suitable for business travellers.

The AC was working,but at the and the room,which is bed located I didn't feel it trough the hight. You can not open the window on your bed side ,only one window in front you could open,which is not enough .

My first room had a broken toilet cistern and constantly running water and a big cockroach (now deceased) in the bath. Before I could complain the receptionist was outside the door with a key to the room opposite! Yes, there’s some inconsequential mould on the ceiling; but, it’s not gonna hurt you. My ‘observations’ are the grouting looks unattractive; an hour with a brush and. The bath is a corner bath with curved edge. The shower curtain is on a straight pole and; but, hey! It’s not my floor! It is possible to keep the floor dry. The pool has constant ‘music’ 09:00-18:00 (When the pool shuts! Even for guests because the hotel use it) which can be repetitive; but, you’ll be in Old Town, so. WIFI rubbish. Don’t trust it. Save regularly. The air con is not brilliant, but, does work.

Vast, smart, empty and consequently quiet hotel. A labyrinth! Reception is huge too. Good receptionists. Helpful and friendly. Fast lifts (4) to floor (7). Entry with key into lobby with window. Room big and bright and comfortable with wardrobe with safe and plenty of hangers. Desk, chair, mirror, tele and (empty) fridge. Standard lamp. Two seater sofa and coffee table. Huge comfy bed; two singles pushed together, but, with huge ‘double’ (Queen?) mattress. Good, clean white striped bedding: two large single duvets and good firm pillows. Bedside cabinets with lighting over. Three huge windows with nets and curtains. Air con. Nice carpet. All clean all good. Separate toilet/bathroom with bath with shower over; shower curtain. Works well with plenty of hot water. Toiletries and towels good. Sink, mirror, hairdryer etc. clean enough and spacious. Excellent view of the pool, the suburb, Bunardzhika Hill and the Alyosha monument and the mountains beyond. Breakfast is in a huge room with a waitress. I was the only guest!? Twice! Breakfast is ordered from a breakfast menu; in English; English Breakfast headlines! I also had muesli, salad, yoghurt, toast, jam… Juice, tea/coffees. Outside the back of the hotel is Aqualand! It’s free to hotel guests; get a towel from reception. It’s wonderful. ‘Swim up’ bar with stools in the pool, waterfall, clean. An array of various loungers and piped ‘pop’ music! Panoramic bar/restaurant at the top (22) of the hotel with wonderful views. I had the hotel to myself!

The breakfast has limited choices. The coffee is good but there is only coffee or tea.

The heat in Plovdiv made me want to walk for 3 years and throw a ring into a volcano. Hardly the hotel's fault though, the climate control in it was excellent.

Cleanliness in the swimming pool outdoors. Chairs seemed old but everything else is great, great for kids and staying in the heart of Plovdiv is such value for money

Aquapark is working, could have been more clean at the swimming pool facilities, great bar, drinks, food. No restaurant but the bar in front of the hotel is excellent. Parking is great! Very nice staff, great experience. Rooms are sooo big!!!

Bathroom smelled somewhat despite being spotless, some issue with venting I guess. Only power sockets in room were 5m from bed, bring a long cable. Room lighting is very dim. Shower was roasting, but the fittings were not very stable. Couldn't fault the bath tub.

The room was large and spacious, bright, with excellent views. Well furnished with comfortable furniture and a large bathroom. Nice, extensive pool area. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars within 5min walking distance, although the hotel itself is about an 18min walk to the city centre. Breakfast was satisfactory. Aircon was excellent. Mattress was heaven.

I had to change three rooms. The first room did not have any A/C. The second room was too close to the club and we could hear the music from the club. The last room was spacious but the sink was clogged and lacked water pressure, and I had to wait 5-10 minutes for warm water to take a shower. The mattresses on the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I would not stay again at this hotel. Despite all this, I made the best of this trip and I had a blast.

The hotel staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that my mom and I were comfortable.

No major issues. Late Saturday night the parking was full and I had to make rounds in the near streets to find a parking spot (extremely difficult to find at 1:30 am). Also the lady from the reception told me in a phone conversation that there are rooms with single beds only, which was not actually the case - we were given a room with a king size bed (which was great and very comfortable) . No tea/coffee in the room, but cups and electric kettle was available. Again - nothing mojor and I'd stay again in the future.

Nice and spacious room, good view, kind and supportive staff (I communicated with the guys from the reception only). The room was freshly renoveted and generally had everuthing needed. There was a comfortable extra bed prepared for my 7 years old kid, as I requested.

During my recent stay at Park Hotel Sankt Petersburg, I encountered several issues that significantly detracted from my overall experience. Firstly, there was a persistent odour in the room, reminiscent of cigarette smoke, suggesting it had been used by smokers before my visit. This was particularly unpleasant and gave the room an unclean feeling right from the start. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, especially the windows. The windows' interior and exterior were marked with streaks and spots, obstructing what could have been a lovely view and further contributing to the overall sense of neglect. Practical amenities also fell short of expectations. The room had an inadequate number of power outlets, which made it inconvenient to charge multiple electronic devices—a basic necessity for today's traveller. Moreover, the safe in the room was locked upon my arrival and remained unusable throughout my stay despite requests for assistance. Another significant inconvenience was the television set. It was inoperable, which I later discovered was due to the remote control lacking batteries. In conclusion, the room's condition and lack of basic amenities did not meet the standards I expected based on the hotel's reputation and previous reviews. I hope the management will address these issues promptly to improve the experience for future guests.

On Our arrival in Hotel Sankt Peterburg the Reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. Once we when in Our room we are amaze with the beautiful view to the city of Plovdiv. We are were very happy to see there was a coffee machine in our room so we made a cup of coffee and it was really good drinking a cup of coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. The room was very big, tidy and clean. On Our special day, once we return to our hotel room. We are amaze to see the beautiful decoration with flowers, balloons, bottle champange on ice and fresh cake. We are very happy to choose hotel Sankt Peterburg for our special day, we are definitely coming back to stay here again. 😊😊😘😘🥰🥰
