  “Hotel Rovno was beatuiful hotel once, and now there is still some charme of it, like Vidin, Bulgaria and whole Balkans itself. Rooms we stayed are reconstructed, with A/C, great WiFi, breakfast as room service was good. Restaurant Champion nearby is very good.”
