I book this hotel via booking because it was on a discount. But when we arrive to the hotel, we saw that the room was underground (below street level), -1 floor, which we didnt expect. We could have informed on that! my mom sometimes has trouble breathing which rooms with tiny windows wont help on.

Since the room is in the basement, there is not much of a daily light due to the very small window, which is at the pavement level. Also, when we first entered the room, there was a bit of damp smell. It was gone after having the window opened. Nevertheless, we would have the same room again.

The location is great, just a few minutes from Vitosha Boulevard, and all major sights are in the walking area. The room was clean and new.

The water pressure in the shower was very low and the water came mostly cold. The curtains were stained. In the bathroom the lighting was very poor (when in the shower you can barely see anything). There was also a flickering light bulb. The area is a bit loud at night (since it is in the city center).

NOTHING :) I can not remember hotel where we have been and i had nothing to complain or at least small thing that we do not like. This hotel is perfect for the money you pay.

Hotel is in the heart of the city, very close to Vitosha boulevard. Room is spacious, clean. There is even a small "kitchen". Bathroom is extra big, with large shower and if you want freezing water (hot water is of course also there :)) Fast checkin and checkout with nice receptionist.

the room was not in the actual hotel building but in an apartment block converted to aibnb style accommodation. the room in itself was comfortable but it was in a basement. effectively you are sleeping underground /in a cellar. this was a surprise. it was ok for 1 night sleep but i would not return in this room. i assume that the hotel has other rooms available - hence best to check before you book

The parking situation was very difficult and it would've helped if they'd clarified that street parking was not viable before arriving. However, they were very kind and helpful!

At the very center Sofia, right next to the biggest commercial street. On foot you can go anywhere in the center very quickly. Price vs confort is hardly beatable. 100s of restorants or cafés to choose from around for breakfast or dinner. 2 mins from there in the street behind parallel to the hotels, very nice old café where you can eat home "banica" and drink "boza". Seems it did not change last 40 years, but so good.

The parking situation isn’t great. The car lift is tiny and hard to get into. It was also a shame that the hotel said ‘parking’ on booking.com but then we ended up having to pay for it.

The rooms here are really big so that was great! The room was slightly outdated but really good value for money. Also the location is very good too.

Room was clean when we entered but upkeep wasn't good. We had to ask for toilet paper and shampoo/soap as it wasn't refilled. One night the entire hotel (or entire city center???) had no hot water so we couldn't shower.

great location in city center, right next to Vitosha blvd. and not far from many tram/metro stops. room size is good. has all the amenities you'd expect from 3-star hotel.
