I travelled to play the course and didn't really have any knowledge of the village and amenities it had. This was a very pleasant surprise and just enhanced what was a very good trip.

The fact that they did not clean the room properly and ai had to ask for my towels and robes to be change. After I inform them they fix it.

Rooms could be cleaned a little thoroughly. There were big cobwebs and a large spider on one window that is a little high to reach for the cleaning staff, but still, unacceptable for a 5 star resort. There were also small ants on the floor. The air conditioner in the room was making an annoying sound that we couldn't leave it on at night.

Location right next to the Black Sea. The scenery with beautiful beaches and golf courses. Geti Restaurant food and serving was top-notch. Staff were very helpful.

Food was pricey

Golf and Golf Staff were exceptional. Staff were very friendly. Accommodation was very clean and roomy. Stay in the Hillside Apartments if you want the views of the golf course and the Black Sea. Bonus - Had one of the best burgers at the Olivio Restaurant. Tirimisu was awesome as well

The location is wonderful, the view is breath-taking, Geti's restaurant staff is highly professional, shuttles are sharply synchronised for going to the beach basically anytime, cleaning is impeccably done in the rooms, while the care shown for cleaning outdoor and gardening is very high. Argata beach is cosy and ravishing, while Bendita is wider and provides more ways to spend time at the beach. We had a wonderful time enjoying the sun, jet-skiing and kayaking at Bendita beach (thank you for the nice history of the area, Plamen Vukadinov).

It is absurd to pay 250 euro a night in a resort and be expected to pay extra for the beach,which is private to the resort. This is the only reason I would not come back.

The landscapes and the vibe in general are very pleasant. Decent breakfast. Geti restaurant is an experience.Room was huge with high selling.

The air conditioner, used for heating, was a little noisy.Water leaked into the whole bathroom from the shower. We had a good room but the family we were with had a bad one(the bed, the coffee machine).

The Getty Restaurant (services & staff) are overrated and over advertised. The facility arrangement is obsolete, saved by the view.

Excellent breakfast, well served and organized in "OLIVE RESTAURANT". The location has most probably the best view over the Balchik sea shore and laguna. The golf course it is one of the best in Easter Europe.

Warm water was missing for 3 days. Air condition had problems. The price was exaggerated, for five stars accommodation, but the services were for 3 stars accommodation.

Some things from the apartments need a refreshment (a paint, a deep clean, a repair). The menu of the restaurants from the resort can be improved (for lunch and dinner). You can't rent a golf car to travel inside the complex if you don't play golf. Only the golf players have acces to the electric golf car.

The location is extraordinary! The view from the Hill side villas is splendid. The apartment with seaside view ( apartment with 2 bedrooms) is very big, with 2 bathrooms with walk in shower and a large balcony with a magnificent view of Black sea. The apartment is well equipped with all that you need for a pleasant stay. The Hill Side Villas have 3 infinity pools (one was 30 metters away from our apartment), so you can relax near the place you stay. For restaurants, golf, beacheas and other activities you can take the car from the villas to downtown (reception area) is a 2 minutes drive, you can walk or you can take the shuttle provided by the resort. In the entire complex the parking is free in the designated areas. The breakfast is very good with a lot of options (including food prepapred in front of you by a chef). The Argata beach (there are 2 beaches in the resort Argata and Bendida) is accesible only with the shuttle provided by the resort or walking. You need reservation for sunbeds and umbrellas ( 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds are 40 BGN/day - arround 20 euros). The beach has a bar and a restaurant where you can eat somenthing and drink what you want. The entrance in water is smooth (for the people with small children), the water is clean and is very quiet (no noises, no music). It is a real relaxing place. People from outside the resort are not allowed to get to the restaurants and to the beaches. You can ask to put all the bills on the room ( from restuarants, bars, beach), so you can pay at check out for all.

The road coming to the entrance needs improvement. Potholes can cause car damage.

Everything is well maintained. Everyone speaks English, nice and accommodating. Feels safe and protected. Spectacular views, and golfing is unique.

No microwave in the kitchenette . Ironing board not standard . Waitress staff were unfriendly and struggle to smile ( same generally in Bulgaria .

One of the best buffet breakfasts I hvae experienced . The setting was fabulous . The studio spacious,and luxurious . The Gita open air restuarant was superb , but expensive . Waiter was very good .
