I got checked into a room without bathroom towels, it took two days of contacting the reception and finally asking to speak to the manager to have towels delivered to my room. You can also do better on the daily housekeeping of the rooms for the amount of money you charge

The breakfast was very basic with minimal options to choose from. The network for a business hotel is bad, there are too amny times I could not have an online call, kept being kicked out.

The staff was kind and very helpful when it came to check in, check out and additional requests.

The room had not been vacuumed prior to check in and there was also hair on the bathroom floor. Very slow response rate, but eventually I was moved to another room - same issue. But it was late at night when I checked in, and even later when I was moved to another room so I just took the room as is, asking if they could clean it when I am out the followingp day. Upon my return after a full day at work, it still had not been done. I requested a vacuum so I could do it myself and an hour later housekeeping finally arrived.

Breakfast hostess was really friendly, but I think the only one of the entire staff that went above and beyond.

I waited three hours to check in. When I reserved the room I noted I would arrive at 4:00 pm. The room was not ready until 7:00 pm. I was exhausted after a long day and the wait was unwelcomed. The staff explained that the hotel was very busy and 100% occupied the evening before. I was offered a free drink for my three-hour wait. Once in my room, the music outside was unbearable until it stopped around 12;30 AM. This was repeated the next night (Friday and Sat nights).

The facilities are tired and dated. They need to upgrade to uphold Protea standard. For the money paid, it's daylight robbery. The rooms do not have an iron and ironing board need to call housekeeping. The shower and bath combination looks cheap and is actually uncomfortable. Some critical design flaws that makes one wonder what the owners were thinking...

Breakfast was the same everyday. Oh and their room service food is awful and sometimes they don't pick the phone when you call to make an order.

The shower water was very slow. We reported the matter several times ,no one did anything. The noise levels were very bad from.thw restaurants. I had to phone several times for a ironing board, eventually an iron arrived and then was informed the ironing board was in the cupboard. On arrival I requested to use the WiFi before I check in the receptionist would not allow me and this was to make a call to my husband to confirm my reservation at your hotel

The pictures used for the room I booked amd what I got wete totally different (I paid for upgrade but got what looked like a standard roo.). I asked about this and they didn't take responsibility and weren't willing to rectify in anyway. The one time I ordered room service it took more than an hour and a half to arrive. I had to call multiple times to follow up because the phone often rings unanswered.

I only make use of this hotel because it's close to our office.

The combination of shower and bath. I think you should put the shower math. The bath was slippery, and I falled inside the bath. Likely I felt with my buttoks. It could have been worse

Had to ask 4x to arrange a taxi to airport, to find out in the morning that no one booked one. Same experience with the airport shuttle on arrival... Such a poor service compared to Protea hotels in SA. Loud music/party in the backyard at night.

services was terrible, they’re under staffed, I literally have to call a couple of times a day to have my room cleaned, my first night there’s was a fire alarm at midnight I came down only for me to be told it was false alarm that some drunk person pulled it, no one apologised. the elevator wasn’t was very dirty at some point
