Location was fantastic. Very close to every place we wanted to go. Close to Gastown, Convention Centre and some other places as well. Room was nice and clean. 2 TVs in the room and the bedroom. Very friendly staff as well.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, so my partner and I woke up feeling stiff every morning. I did not like that room cleaning was only available if reserved a day before, otherwise it wasn't part of the organization. Considering the price of the room, cleaning should have been available daily unless if guests opt out.

Friendly and helpful staff I was able to a arrange a late checkout as I had a late flight. Staff were knowledgeable about local restaurants and good coffee.

The elevators were a problem. We waited until 10 minutes one to take an elevators, this is due to covid preventive mesures (one family per elevator). Once the elevator went automatically to the basement and got stuck there. We must ask for help (the staff was great and very helpfully).

The staff was really nice and the room was very confortable. We really enjoyed our time in the hotel.

The sofa bed ( pull out ) was lumpy and squeaked every time I moved.

there are a lot of homeless on the street around the area

very conveniently located, easy to take public transit, we walked around downtown and is so close to Canada place perfect because our shuttle pick up was there for the parks we visited

The Delta Hotel by Marriott is definitely the place to stay in downtown Vancouver. The location is great as it is easy to walk to a lot of different spots downtown such as Vancouver’s gastown and harbour front. The staff at Delta are all very amazing and accommodating - they went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I had everything we needed. The room itself was also great, very spacious and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of downtown Vancouver and I will for sure be booking with Delta hotels again if I ever find myself back in Vancouver!

The location is perfect, easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants etc. The staff have been lovely and helpful with recommendations. The bed is extremely comfortable as well! Great stay.

Car parking expensive at $39/night plus the layby to unload luggage very tight and allowable time very short.

Spacious well presented comfortable suite with all the facilities for a family stay. Excellent courteous staff with a super front office manager who works very hard to address even the slightest of issues to ensure a memorable stay

They informed that during this COVID period they need a request about cleaning service in advance to avoid meet the customers. I was not sure about our plans in advance. It was not a problem at all for us. I would recommend the hotel to offer a cleaning service in the middle of the staying period. Some customers will enjoy this.

I would recommend the suite for a couple for an individual trip and travellers for a business trip because you will have a chance to sleep well in comfort and silence. The hotel has a good location in one step to restaurants and cafes, so you will not have any problem with breakfast and dinner. Waterfront Skytrain is so close that you can use it to get into the airport if you don't have heavy luggage. Customer Service is so friendly and respectful and you will enjoy staying there. We were happy to get the suite room with WIFI.
