Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Boring breakfast. I stayed 6 nights. No change in menu. The porridge was runny. The western omelet rubbery and tasteless. I do not eat sausage. The only fruit was apples. The juice and coffee were ok. I really appreciated the underground parking. That was a plus.

Canadathere was limited utensils in the kitchenette. The breakfast tasted great but spent a large amount of time waiting for the waffle maker to become available. I think two waffle makers would be helpful instead of waiting 10+ minutes to make a waffle. The staff managing the breakfast only wore their masks intermittently. I was in the lobby at 5am one morning and they were preparing the breakfast space with no masks on. Otherwise other staff I saw were wearing masks.
we were looking for a place that had a kitchen as we were staying for a few days. the king suite fit our needs well. the pool area was nice. the water was warm. breakfast was delicious. house keeping was very helpful when we needed more linens.

CanadaLittle things. Fan in a badroom was noisy and didn't work properly, kinda effect all our stay because we have 2years old and she was scary awaking every time fan launched. Wish there were some hooks for jackets in a suit. Pool was a bit cold. Breakfast is not great, we didn't like sausage rest is alright. To access the pool or gym you need to ask someone at front desk and sometimes you have to wait if new guests checking in. Oh and gym is so poor. There is a little place there for pull-ups/dips station, wish you guys add it so there will be at least something valuable for a guy, who is not there only for burning kgs.
Great location and free heated underground parking are unbeatable! It was clean too.

CanadaGreat location, easily accessible to all your needs (restaurants, fast food, gas station, 10-12 mins to downtown). The breakfast was great as well - eggs, sausage, bread, waffle, coffee, oatmeal, cereals, juice, tea). The pool was good too and underground parking was an advantage especially during winter. Overall, our stay was smooth. Will definitely be staying here again

CanadaI'd requested a room near the elevator due to mobility issues, and was given a room at the end of a long hall way. I asked to have my room changed, and the front counter staff was very willing to make the change. Thank you. I stayed two nights, and my room was not refreshed, nor was I given fresh towels. The coffee was also not replaced. When I asked about getting fresh towels, I was told the towels weren't replaced, due to Covid.

CanadaThe hot tub pool looked like it needed a face lift, we kept stepping on broken tiles. The bathroom only had a shower and we had little babies with us so after the pool we wanted to give them a bath, but not a biggie.
The breakfast was good, the rooms and halls were clean, I feel like it might have been understaffed. Only one person upon check in, and it seems we all were checking in, with that being said, the clerk was efficient and super nice.

CanadaBed was a little uncomfortable (pillows especially- all too soft.) The room next to ours was extremely noisy (a large family, kids screaming and running in and out of the room all the time) - I understand this is not the fault of the hotel but rather the guests themselves.
