Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was my 50th birthday and I wanted to feel the resort lifestyle. The weather was fantastic so the pool area, lounges and red chairs - with a pool bar really made me feel like I was somewhere tropical. I live in the Vancouver area so this was a staycation for my husband and I. We loved it. Our room had a beautiful view of the harbour.

United StatesBed pillows were too soft, prefer a pillow with some firmness. The shower is very impractical with only a half glass partition, allowing water to get the floor wet. The overhead shower valve makes it difficult to shower without getting hair wet. Hallways: noisy children in the hallway on our floor.
Room was a generous size and clean. The bed was comfortable. The Marina view was outstanding, alone with beautiful sunsets. Most of the staff we interacted with was good. Nice lobby. Did not use pool so can’t comment on that.

FranceThere are two restaurants and a coffee shop in the hotel. The coffee shop closes early and the larger restaurant also stop serving any food/drinks around 10 pm. So unless you booked a table at the smaller one, you are stuck with sitting in the lobby. The pool side food service was also very slow, in fact, we ended up walking away from the food truck after waiting for a menu for 15-20 mins.
Westin’s location was perfect; walking distance from many of the attractions, great restaurants and Stanley Park.

United StatesOur room. It was nice, but had odd features. It was very odd having the closet in the bathroom. The bed pillows are no good. When we were there, someone tried coming into the room to check our smoke detector. They had a key card and tried coming in , but my wife had the door lock on ! I asked the front desk about this and they said it was a contractor they hired. That was a terrible response. She did say she was sorry that happened . The room — the toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The plastic cheap seat should be changed out. Little things and attention to detail are important. The H tasting restaurant was a let down. The menu was so small. I was expecting more. The food was OK, nothing special. The prices are too high for what you’re getting. Thank You.
This property is an excellent location, with a beautiful view. It’s a large clean facility with some nice amenities.

Came down for breakfast and again told 30 to 40 minute wait. With a hotel of the size, it needs more space for bars and restaurants to eliminate waiting

United KingdomThe first day we arrived there was a big conference on and when we went down to breakfast we were told there was at least a half an hour wait for a table, but we were initially part of a group which had organised tours departing at a certain time and so we didn't have time to wait for this. This meant trying to squeeze everyone in our group on to shared tables which meant the poor staff couldn't get around everyone properly and it was a very stressful experience. In this instance there was no where near enough tables to cater for the amount of guests. However, every day after this it was very quiet and breakfast was lovely and relaxed.
Great location close to Stanley Park and the waterfront, had a nice view of the harbour and the city from our room. Was generally a nice quiet hotel with a good atmosphere and comfy clean rooms. Nice choice of food for breakfast.

Chinathe parking lot charges 45 Canadian dollars per night. its an indigo parking space, too expensive. but I find the easy parking lot near the hotel, half the price, no roof,,, if you don't mind the bird's poopoo,check out this parking space.
