We loved everything about this Swiss House. First of all, huge thanks to the Hosts: you made our stay very cozy and warm. I would like to highlight a very tasty breakfast (incl.local and homemade products, especially cookies stole my heart), great central location, views from the balcony, warm inside the room (despite the strong wind during a few days), also we loved the common space equipped with teapot, variety of teas, coffee, board games. I've never seen such a CLEAN space (knowing that the Hosts clean everything up themselves!). Thanks for the tips where to hike and eat, too. I would definitely come back!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. There was an AMAZING view from the room (shown in the picture)! The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The staff was so friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was good. With coffee, tea, juice, fresh bread, cereal, yogurt, cold cuts, cheese and fruit. This place was in a great location in the middle of the main drag. Overall, an amazing stay!

We'd like to see a bigger bath soap next time, as we shower a lot. And a lighter quilt or beddings.

We were immediately welcomed by the room cleanliness, which was okay for 2 people. The most exciting part is they have a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. which you could take a quick shower if you get tired while exploring the city. The real kicker was the breakfast, with great spread of fresh fruits, eggs and pastries. There was also a variety of cheeses, cold cuts and great selection of bread. If you're a breakfast person like us, this place for you. I chose this place because of its perfect location. Its a couple minutes away from train, bus station, restaurants and grocery store, which is great because it makes getting around the city is super easy. if you plan on travelling to Grindewald Switzerland, this place is perfect for you. its cozy safe and offers a good value for the money. Plus the owners of the hostel is always super friendly especially Mrs Fraziska Lehmann. Just make sure check the their rules in advance like no late check-in ( 3pm to 9pm only) , no smoking in the room and no phones or taking pictures at breakfast area. Over all, we had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget-friendly hostel.

Nothing to complain about.

The location is great, the rooms are freshly renovated and the breakfast was very good! Service was also good, we asked for an extra pillow and when we got back in the evening we had one in the room.

The walls between the rooms are thin, meaning you can easily hear the people in the next room. If you are sensitive about sounds, this will be a bit problematic for you.

The location is perfect! It is more of a hotel than a hostel, which was a very nice surprise for us. Breakfast was very nice and enough, and the staff were very helpful with our questions! Definitely want to revisit!

Check-in is limited, because we have to give the owners some well deserved rest at night. Completely understandable as they work hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Owners were very friendly and it was exactly what we needed for our stay in Grindelwald. It had a central location, the breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

There was no USB port for charging and the number of the sockets in room is very limited.

It’s very clean and tidy as hotels, the common area provides everything you will be needed for eating. The breakfast was wonderful! Various food, tasty and fresh! I could truly feel that the owners are very diligent in this hostel. :)

Marco and Frànzi we amazing hosts, even helped me book a massage. Nothing was a bother. Exceptionally clean with a wonderful traditional breakfast, was a pleasure to meet you both and we hope to stay again soon 🌈 Please note this a BNB not a hostel as such , small well equipped rooms with everything you need. There is a common room downstairs to store cold food. Open from 3 to 9.30 pm daily. Has games coffee and tea. Again thanks for having us xx 🙏
